There is a classic vagueness to her responses that I have seen in patients with schizophrenia and or psychosis….I noticed some paranoia I.e cameras in the home, and a stolen check, stalking and more. Marcus really needs to be more careful because I am constantly seeing him opening up wounds, possibly re-triggering people, & leaving them mentally/emotionally unsettled because he done shook them up with his questions & he gets to turn off his LIVE & gets to walk away after he has stirred up what they are trying to deal with or heal from with no solutions! I like what he does, but I don't necessarily like the way he goes about it. These people's issues, problems, & traumas are far beyond entertainment...for me at least!

Is it just me or does this young lady seem to present with mental illness? There is a classic vagueness to her responses that I have seen in patients with schizophrenia and or psychosis….I noticed some paranoia I.e cameras in the home, and a stolen check, stalking and more. I noticed delusions of grandeur when she was describing her school situation she spoke of herself as gifted, special, different in some way. I also noticed very odd fluctuations in her tone she would seem flat at times and then just get really excited all of a sudden like when she shouted out her hometown. I wish her the best😢❤

She began to have grandiose thoughts when he asked about her trauma. This is a defense mechanism. This triggered a psychosis. Only trained professionals should ask an individual to discuss and/or disclose their trauma. Although this may seem normal and/or helpful, it can be triggering, and harmful unless professional follow-up and support is facilitated. The questions about sexual activity, partners, and enjoyability of sex are exploitive and inappropriate for this interview.
I’m not saying her story isn’t true but I don’t know how much of it is accurate. I think she might have some mental health issues going on. She thinks white men and the government was after her because she’s really smart, and people don’t want her to succeed because they’re jealous of her potential and greatness. However, it is good that she sees what she did wrong and where she went wrong. God bless her.
