I’m 49 also with 2 girls and a boy. My father was on the same thing that why my mom devoiced my dad. He was on that stuff off and on sense he was 17 and he used to sell it also. I told my kids about my dad . He always had good jobs. He took care of me and my brother. Having both parents in the household was the best . Of course my dad did die from years of using the needle in his leg where he got cellulitis and it killed him. I never seen my dad do the drugs but I was told when I got older. But he never let me or my kids see him high. He always went somewhere to get high. I’m from NY . I see a lot. I really miss my dad. Stay strong miss . And your kids will be there for you no matter how mad they are .

It also seems that he wants to validate why sexual abuse happens. If a woman says she’s been touched inappropriately, she’s doesn’t have to go into detail. I understand this is a public platform and they can opt out of the interview but his responses seem very dismissive.

Are you kidding me? I am starting to feel like interviewer gets off on hearing about children being molested. HEAR ME OUT. He always wants full details, even when they say they don’t want to go into detail. He asks weird questions, penetration? WHOA. IM STARTING to feel like he is asking for his own pleasure. Then saying “just to be clear” to cover up why he’s asking. The fact that he doesn’t ask details about anything else that shapes a child (bullying, lack of attn, SCHOOL issues) seems very weird to me. I am starting to feel VERY weird about interviewer.
Also I feel like he thinks he can do it and no one will notice because he’s very well spoken, talking to the homeless who may not be, or may not realize what he’s actually doing… IF of course, that’s what he’s doing. Very skeptical of him at this point.

I didn’t like the way he did this interview. He was so invasive, insensitive, and invalidating. Marcus don’t always care about the feelings and vulnerability of a female interviewee for the sake of a good video. I must admit hearing the details of r&pe, s3xual ab@se is DIFFICULT to hear and HARDER to experience. Marcus is showing the correlation between abuse and the struggle with self-medicating, drug use, and instability mentally, and emotionally which results in homelessness. Just my perception 🙌🏾

It creeped me out when he asked where did he touch you and than when he asked her if she had anything done to her breast because they were standing up, WTH, I don’t understand why and what’s the point of asking every little details, is Marcus a trained professional that’s offers them help but to ask such personal evasive questions without a goal to assist them doesn’t make much sense to me, these people obviously have deep problems and need help,
Um Marcus? For me, you just took away my interest in this woman’s story because you found it necessary to continue to compliment/flirt while she’s trying to tell it. You’ve interviewed many beautiful women and I’ve not heard you do that.
