Nicely done! I love making marbled fondant and seeing how the colors turn out. I use blue and white to make a water effect for an ocean themed birthday cake.
Fondant is generally decoration that protects the cake. If ganache or buttercream is used as a crumb coat the fondant can simply be removed before consumption (per slice).
@Water Bottle , Most people in the world, I wouldn't trust their word to do that. I can see gloves, can't see that you washed your hands. Unfortunately, most Chefs do not wear gloves.
Oh. I watch Mimo/BakemydayMimo and i think her way is easier cuz she adds the colour dots she wants in the fondant and mixes and streches out the fondant

The vast majority of bakeries, restaurants, etc. do not use gloves. It's considered less sanitary than frequent hand washing.

Both methods work and sometimes I do the dots, but that was fondant I already had colored.
