The akatsuki is one of the greatest villain goups in anime. Every single memeber got a major fight a motiviation and unique powers. Some of the greatest villains of the series and anime in general were part of that group. Itachi, Nagato and Obito even Kisame and Sasori got entire backstorys dedicated to them. There is nothing that needs to be fixed about the Akatsuki.
7:49 Criminal Comment, the Sasuke vs Deidara fight is one of the best in the entire Manga, plus it was Sasuke who was kicking his ass, it's not Deidara's fault that he was born with a Nature that harms him... The only thing that was Unnecessary was his Death, which is worth it is about his Art which is an Explosion, but I don't know, a lot of juice could have been taken out of Deidara here by killing him quickly and it seems more like a formality, plus for me he along with Konan and Kisame I see him as one of the most redeemable of Akatsuki, and it would be good to see him in Boruto. 8:17 Eh?No... C0 is just a giant explosion and that's it, the one that attacks the inside of the organism is C4 and more so because they are Nano Bombs... to say that they were forgotten, Manda is not just any Snake, it is a fairly resistant and powerful Summon, let's say that it was able to withstand a huge giant fireball when it fought against Gamabunta and Jiraiya.
Yeah that was my bad saying C0 had the effects of C4 (I don’t remember where I saw that), but I’m still on the opinion Manda shouldn’t have protected Sasuke. Why I wished the C0 was more impactful because I like the deidara and Sasuke fight, but the ending ruins it for me. Same way Zetsu ruined Madaras ten tail form by being able to just stab him in the back.
Their first loses were great. The Edo tensei not so much. That's my real problem with the Akatsuki who came back. They were basically used as stat sticks for the current cast who are in no way on level with them yet. Naruto lost to nagato in their rematch. Deidara can 100 percent destory the army with his explosions. Sasori defeated kage level foes and used their bodies as his puppets. Kakazu probably got it the worst since his final battle was rushed as him and hidan were rushed out the door compared to fight one where both were unstoppable monsters who got body after body and a tail beast with no problems at all.
Awesome video! I have a few suggestions that would make the Akatsuki more formidable and memorable. I think it would help if we knew why each member joined the Akatsuki and what they get out of being in the organization. Sasori: He should be recruited by Pain to enhance the Paths of Pain receivers. Sasori would want to have resources and "reagents" to experiment with. With this Nagato would fuel Sasori ambition to create while also enriching himself. During the war Sasori would come alive for real due to the nature of his technique. His soul is in a phylactery not attached to his physical body.He would transfer his soul into different puppets once he is revived he released from the Endo Tensei. This would make Kabuto unseasy as a rogue Akatsuki rooming around. Sasori would decide to abscond and not engage in the war. Hidan: Hidan joined to cause chaos and discord. Nagato encourage Hidan to proselytize in the great five nations to weaken the local authority. Have cults of Jashin cause the Lightning and Stone village to execute ninja that were starting to commite genocide in civillian villages hurting their profit. Only thing that would be added is to have the new Hidan stronger than before. Have him double in stats every time he dies as well as preventing him from using any ninjutsu. However, this time Hidan has the knowledge of previous Hidans and can consult with them via a seance. The ritual requires Hidan to recreate the death of the Hidan they want to connect. Kakazu: Kakazu is greedy and Nagato offers the position to be treasury of the Akastuski. Have Kakazu survive by having a secret mask that was release before Kakazu went the bounty hunter office. It would lead to Kakazu funding insurrection in Konohas and the Mist village. Konan: An easy fix would give her sealing techniques that makes Obito wary of even fighting her. Her techniques would prevent Obito from teleporting while Konan can freeling teleport through her paper.Have it that she lockes down the Rain village and doesn't care about the war. She wanted a peaceful world realizes that the Rain village is that "world" and maintain it means no one can ever leave. It would give an element to the war that was missing neutral parties that benefit from the mutal destruction of competiing powers.
Sasori would be better off surviving sooner. With Hidan is simply, in reality he is null or not advanced at all in Bloody Immortality (In short, Hidan is actually a Vampire) and being at the lowest Level he cannot do that, and being quite stupid that harms him. Those things or even a more Wolverine or Deadpool type regeneration are already had by Beings with more advanced Bloody Immortality such as the Marenzen, the Council of Cranes, the Bodies used by Necro Karasu or Necro Karasu herself. If her spirit is destroyed, then that's as far as they go. (Mentioning that Jashin actually has another type of Immortality that is more of a Curse.) And Konan, well to not spoil I'll just say that she has a more Broken Skill that leaves Kamui as a run-of-the-mill technique, hint it's something similar to what Dio does in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
It’s unfortunate, but based off the games (I don’t think is canon, but best we have), most members joined by submission to losing to other members. Like konan beating sasori or itachi beating deidara etc
I think konan should have lived & aided in the war arc then after the war she led the hidden rain into peace & prosperity maybe she made an alliance with naruto even in boruto
I understand the frustration with Deidara, but narritively it makes sense he would face Sasuke as he and Orochimaru are the exact same people his brother Itachi took down, so Sasuke beating them is symbolic towards his life mission on facing Itachi. Kakuzu imo is *the* most wasted member, as he didnt really do anything of significance. Hidan at least killed Asuma and dealt the fatal blow to Nigato Ni (2 tails) and the head monk. Though both Hidan and Kakuzu have a dissapointing end. Zetsu's controversy need not introduction, lol. I think they should've just kept Zetsu as Madara's will and he would continue to be among the final villains alongside Obito and Madara OR instead of bringing Kaguya back, have Zetsu take the mm power of Kaguya for himself and have him be the final villain. Obito, I kinda feel should've been the final villain, as he was essentially the new Madara. Onoki said it best, that Madara was a foe for the previous generation to deal with, while Obito was for Naruto, Sasuke and co. Lastly, Sasori probably shouldn't have died as soon as he did and certainly shouldn't have let himself be killed. He was superior to Chiyo and way out of Sakuras league. Kakashi should've also been involved seeing as his father killed Sasoris parents.
Deidara's C0 actually doesn't work like that, that's C4. In data book 2 it's stated in the Japanese version that it's just a big powerful explosion. Manda a sanin level summoning( the summoning animals for the big three scale to Thier base forms)should be able to survive it for enough time for Sasuke to substitute out
The 2-man squad pairing is what killed the Akatsuki. They should have rolled deep... they should've mimicked the Leaf team structure. Overall team leader Ranged Attack Close Attack Medical Ninja If that had four man squads like Konoha. It might have taken less time, and they would've been noticed more... but the akatsuki would've completed more missions, made waay more money, and captured every tailed beast... including the 9 tails. They were highly capable but limited in teamwork and support jutsu.
To be fair, Hidan was kind of a big shot for the akatsuki. He did bigger things than only kill Asuma. He's the reason for how they acquired the 2 tails as well as the 7 tails (the playful girl i think?)

I scrolled down expecting idk 20k,50k 100k subs..... and there are 11. Good production quality, on pair with the big naruto youtubers. Just please be careful with scaling content I had to drop dygoknight because I couldn't handle his takes and mistakes, not all are fit to be scalers.
The reanimation ruined a lot of character concepts. Infinite respawn, infinite chakra, infinite regenerate, no pain, no cost to any jutsu. Hidan became more immortal, but now has no value. Kakuzu, uses 5 hearts to have a lot of Chakra, extra lives, but reanimation gives him infinite of both.
19:11 Madara doesn't die there, he dies later, apart from that it is the most irony because so much was said about Madara's Back to the east not liking that anyone is behind his back and that he considers that the only one who covers himself is himself and what irony and more perfect way to be defeated in a pathetic way that your own will even betrays you and shows you that you are nothing more than one more piece of shit of the bunch that you boast so much that is superior... That is what I like about that defeat because it is how it should be humiliating and more than deserved to a bastard like Madara that even his own shadow attacks him for his weak point, his back.

Yeah, I think she, Kisame and Deidara could've easily lived as their deaths seemed so avoidable and unnecessary.
