This is a video I wish people would watch because this is really the reality of the way it is. To bad people don’t have the education because you highlighted so many things that is what’s important and is overlooked. To bad you don’t work in my city because you are what we need right now to evaluate our situation.

Thank you so much for taking time to give us your feedback! We agree - this is such important information for people to know. While we our practice is currently based in North Texas - we do have outstanding colleagues across the country who share a similar approach. We’d be happy to visit with you if you want to give us a call, and see if we can provide additional resources.
We wish you all the best!

I love this video so much and all of the information I know I’ve been right about a lot but know I hear it from and expert and I also now have ALL the correct terminology for the things I need to point out when my husband goes to court for custody of my step daughter! Thank you soo much!!

My childrens father and his family keep telling our oldest she can choose.
Then I was physically attacked by my mother in law during child exchange. Still haven’t seen her in two weeks and the officer told me I was being spiteful.

I loved the video, and I got a lot of needed information for my brother. But this video does not help when the GAL got a HUGE sum of money for her 'complete" Eval which she has already filed with the court. Question: Was it really complete when the GAL NEVER bothered to call to set up a time for a visit in his home, see him with his son, and see how he is raising his son. Would that be Malpractice, or an Ethics violation, or only a Complaint to the state bar? My brother has paid this GAL about $8,000 (his half, so double that) since the case was filed in Aug of 2017. And it's not over yet. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

This is really true. How do they make recommendations when they haven't spoken to the parent with the mental illness and have spoken with only the other parent. Its wrong.

Oh seriously!!! The first and most important piece of data is who is the mother. After that, nothing else really matters. Not really. 😂😂😂😂

Yes, there's a huge bias and only about the money.

These orders are unconstitutional on their own.
