Last week I read the most ridiculous interview with "Twilight" (and soon to be "Batman") star, Robert Pattison in GQ. He was telling the interviewer how he was holding up in quarantine, and walked him through a very chaotic pasta recipe he created (I'm worried about him). SO, before I judge all things "foil-in-the-microwave", I decided to try his recipe step by step and see if Robert Pattinson should be my newest food influence. On one hand, I could totally see Pattinson just making this up on the spot as a troll (like he‘s done many times before) but on the other hand, this dish is also something I could see him actually cooking and eating in his free time. In conclusion, I think the man is capable of pretty much everything and I have no idea if anything he‘s ever said or done was meant seriously

I was going to say the say thing. He was the first channel I ever subscribed to I believe and I'm now 21. I haven't watched him in years because his content became too repetitive I guess?idk what it truly was. But he was recommended to me as well. I guess he has the odds in his favor

The fact that the recipe calls to wrap it in tin foil and put it in the microwave makes me almost certain that this was just a troll.
in the article they said it was like a fancy microwave that he thought it was an oven in a temporary apartment, which kinda explains it. he did specifically use a different thing than the microwave he used for the pasta. still lowkey think it was a troll tho lol

Ty ye he thought it was an oven, put the foil in, and it caught on fire. he didn’t mean for it to happen, rob debated the interviewer before cause rob thought the thing was an oven and he thought it was a microwave. it wasn’t at his house, he didn’t know what everything was

What I think he was trying to make was this dish called Spaghetti with Breadcrumbs (versions have cheese, sugar, etc) . But he just took it and ran with it too far in the wrong direction.

I love Rob and I say this with love, dude is literally the king of lying trolls. Case in point, in an interview he literally admitted that at some point he started to just believe the lies he told and can’t even remember it it was real or a lie at this point lol. This just screams university student, dorm meal. I remember making a bowl out of foil, putting it on my clothing iron and grilling onions on it during my uni days (also toasting everything imaginable with my iron).

Teagan Macleod as i remember, those are filled with for example... cheese or something. I am pretty sure he meant tagliatelle, which is like a flat and long pasta in shape of a nest. Europeans know their pasta 🤪
I think he talks about pappardelle, which is a thinner spaghetti style noodle that comes in a sort of nest, rather than all of the noodles being straight.
He said a “like a blob, sort of squiggly blob” so maybe? Haha
