As far as his wife's AP goes, I believe he got what he deserved in court for cheating on his wife. And quite frankly, I don't feel a bit sorry for either one of those a-holes.
Actually know of a local situation like this... The wife had to fly to another State to abort her lovers kid, but she got stupid and used her husband's Health Insurance that gave him information on her reason to fly to another State.

Well it is fictional but it was his wife who wanted an abortion, and that is why she went to visit her sister. He delayed her appointment. He has absolutely zero control over her appointment choice to get an abortion.
