- Join me for some work and then some time with my family. Summer in Wisconsin is finally here and I am enjoying both work and family. Running a business while having 7 children isn't always as easy as concrete work but it's still pretty easy! 😎 Enjoy

I've had nails go through my hand and keep working and some days a small cut completely takes your hand out. Depends on what nerves it hits.

You should put a monster brand tower on your baby/deck boat. Will make water skiing much easier as the higher the pull of the rope the easier it is to ski etc

I absolutely love Tino's work ethics, Boss asked for ear protection and he didn't even hesitate to drop what he was doing to run to get ear protection for him. So glad he is part of the crew this year full time

My husbands a regional truck driver that pulls 13 hour days and this morning before he left for work said " maybe tonight when I get home we'll have Victory to watch". Says a lot the kind of person you are Ryan. Your work ethic, faith, kindness, laughter and the love for your family reminds me of my husband. I'm sure I've said this before Ryan, but the fact you are on each job start to finish reflects in the outstanding quality of work you and your crew put out. I've worked for some residential contractors in the past who were either useless or absent and their work reflected that. Enjoy the 50 degree weather we are running 101 with a heat index 112 here in south Texas.

To save yourself a little aggravation, put a in line water shut off valve directly on the inlet to the pump on the pressure washer, that way you don’t have to walk back to the faucet to shut the water off and on, saves time and effort.

Im sure buggs gets paid pretty well for being so reliable and hard worker plus a long term employee. But tino man. I really hope he gets a raise and ryan rewards him. Hes really a great addition. I know hes a lil late sometimes but not everyone has the ability to wake up right away. Sometimes, its really tough for some guys but i can tell tino is really trying and he doesnt complain. Always ready to work and listens super easily no matter how bad/hard the job might be. He deserves a few walks to go take a dump he usually carrying more weight then most

You are absolutely right on the sealer cans. The top always strips and the hose has crimp has failed on us too. There isn't a sprayer that lasts. We just figured on 2 uses per sprayer.
Watching you drive your boat and looking around at your family just made me cry. I've yet to start my own family and just thinking how blessed you are. I truly hope I get to experience that some day. In my mind you have everything I could ever dream of.

Gotta say we got an apprentice like Ryan, kid has arms like trees, snaps heads off bolts without a cheater. Ryan I gotta say those cans don't have to be that tight on top to keep a seal, every can I've used has been a tapered thread with a fitted boona gasket, they are very forgiving on how tight they need to be. If you are giving it 60% strength, you are breaking them, it's too much lol
