    This is so perfect for me. My kind of grocery store. I dont like talking to people at the groceries, as much as I hate hairdressers trying to make small conversations in the middle of my haircut. I just want them to cut my hair and leave me sitting there in peace and quietness. And this is the grocery that I like as well. Buy and go, no lines, no talking

    Just FYI: their "pre-packaged" sushi is actually hand made as needed. they typically have a sushi chef there from open(7am) til about 6pm. It is quite good, and the fish is always fresh. The sushi guy that works at this location got poached from the whole foods down the road.

    Question? For our senior citizens, if you have prime, if I have this correct, I can order on Amazon Fresh and my order will be delivered in 2 hours? ( Provided there is an Amazon Fresh store in my neighborhood)? One warning, my wife used to complain that our supermarket bill would go up $100.00, when I took any of the kids shopping with me.

    More jobs gone. I remember when I worked at a grocery store and it was considered a good job. Now this. People, don't use stores like this.

    • @mikeanderson3735
      @mikeanderson3735 4 роки тому +4

      @Justin Lyons Why are you so simple? Do you not understand that when you have robots or computers replace jobs that people do, jobs will be lost. Now is this the end of all jobs, no. But there is a beginning to everything. Maybe you would feel different if your job started to get replaced by computers and robots and you start losing work friends or even your job. But it sounds like you are ok with not working. Thanks for acknowledging your ignorance.

      @@mikeanderson3735 Mike you are 100% correct. I’ve been reading the comments and I honestly believe those who are defending these stores that cause millions of Americans to lose their jobs over several years are employees of Amazon.

    • @mikeanderson3735
      @mikeanderson3735 3 роки тому

      @@SnidgetAsphodel I can't help you if you don't think adding these types of systems don't take jobs away from people. I wonder how many employees are really there when there are not cameras rolling? Companies add machines like these to allow them to have less employees. If not, why add these expensive types of systems. Its common sense. I have no idea what you do for a living but if your company came out with a computer that did your job, do you really believe they want to keep paying you? Why? A computer will work 24 hours a day, never take a day off and will eventually pay for itself. At some point the computer will make it 100% profit from its work.

    I see that they use the cheap bags where the handles rip off easily.

    The dash cart looks like a very interesting concept. I'm curious how often glitches happen when you place items in (or out) of the cart. Otherwise, the cart concept looks really cool. I'll be curious where Amazon will be opening more of these in the future.

    • @YellowProductions

      Sometimes the cart doesn't recognize an item.. in that case you have to remove it and put it back in. I had that happen a couple times. I'm sure its not perfect yet :)
