私はお恥ずかしながら親に恵まれず、大人であるにも関わらず子供目線で見ています。
私は子供のころ家が地獄でした。ご飯も怒鳴られながら食べた覚えしかないし、もはや何食べたか覚えてません。スティックパンが主食でした。大人になった今も何を食べたらいいかわからなくて（組み合わせとか美味しさがわからない）会食恐怖症の過食症です。
家も外もしんどかったから社会でうまくやれなくて今は休んでます。
自分が子供の頃に、こんなお母さんだったら、家に帰ればこんな優しいお母さんが美味しいご飯作って待っててくれたら、もう少し自分も頑張れたんじゃないか、と夢を見ずにいられません。そんなことはどうしたって無理なのは分かってるのですが。
ただ、こちらの動画を見ている時だけは「料理をしてみよう」という気持ちになれるんです。最近袋麺を茹でるかお菓子を過食するしかしてなかったんですが、今日はこちらの動画を見ながら、ちゃんとお米を研いでお米を炊いて梅干しとお米を食べられました。ありがとうございます。
いつか動画に出てくるお料理を何か一つでも自分に作ってみたいなと思います。長々とごめんなさい。これからも楽しみにしています。
