Here are a couple that weren't listed ---- Frogger Homed 1 - (at least very similar to) Blow the Man Down - ua-cam.com/video/R8H1uxDuzFU/v-deo.html ------ Frogger Homed 3 - Heidi, Girl of the Alps ua-cam.com/video/Iedt_go_f3o/v-deo.html ------- Frogger Homed 15 - A Hundred Pipers - ua-cam.com/video/pWVquhFkBLU/v-deo.html
Oh wow! Incredible, the latter two of those are spot-on, thank you so much! I've updated the description. Do you know where I might be able to seek out more of these song sources?
@@levir.starsmusicBeen trying to figure them out for a long time, myself! Most of the ones you and I've listed have been taken out of later releases (Most notably the Arcade Archives version on Switch) but everything else is left in. That either means that they really are original songs, or, more likely, are just so obscure no one's found them out yet. I only knew Heidi, since the wikipedia page has been good about updating them when someone figures one out. Kind of a double edged sword, since in the 80s, all of the home ports (C64, Atari800, etc.) kept in the "Dog Policeman" and the theme to "Araiguma Rascal". That changed in the early 2000s mobile phone releases which started replacing the music after it was discovered they were unauthorized covers in the US (even if a blanket music license covered them legally in Japan). In any case, thanks for providing a full rip of the music! A few I don't think I've ever heard in actual gameplay!
@@eggplantjr2716 Ah, perfect! Yeah, this will be a challenge for sure, but recognizing the pattern of opening themes from older anime series should help point me in the right direction. And thanks for the Frogger Home 4 source, I'll add that one too!
Absolutely! This rip is free to use, Chris and I wanted to make it accessible to the Internet so that it might not be lost to time Let me know when the project is finished so I can watch it!

Just checked the Wikipedia page - one more I forgot! Frogger Homed 4 - Hana no Ko Lunlun - ua-cam.com/video/q53msQveKZo/v-deo.html

Seinfeld.
"I need an outlet!!"
"A what?"
*"HOLES!! I NEED HOLES!!"*
What a great finding! I love Frogger and this is a true treat. :D
Thank you so much for doing this, though I noticed there's an error at 0:18
I'll look into that. That was the file Chris provided that he said he "fixed", and explained what went into correcting the perceived errors
Oh nvm I just realized that was the fixed version, guessing more accurate to Araiguma Rascal
@@levir.starsmusic dont worry I just mistakenly thought it was the original lol
I think the extra life sound is the same as that of Scramble, and Video Hustler has a seemingly identical sound to Frogger's credit sound
You Made My Day! Now Can I use this for my upcoming Frogger Video (planned to come out on February 29th 2024)?
