For privacy purposes, I would want access to the 1/2 bath through the laundry room perhaps with a pocket door dividing the two spaces and eliminate the door directly from the kitchen to the half bath.
I like this simple design that is spacious. I would make the 1/2 bath a mechanical room though or a pantry. The roof allows for lots of solar panels so if the resident had an On-Demand water heater, it could go into the 1/2 bath room with the solar panel batteries. Great work on this one TM Studio 😃

I would push the kitchen out to that small patio and eliminate the patio. Maybe add a butlers pantry there. And make the front porch a 4- season porch.

There's a big unused wall just inside the entry where there could be coat hooks and a bench. That would be closer to the door than the louvered closet. The half bath might be better accessed from the laundry room, and I'm not keen on having both bedrooms and the bathroom open directly into the living room.
Just an in general comment. I've noticed that there are more islands being worked into kitchens. I'm older, have a bad back and arthritus, Working with lower cabinetry is a hardship for me. Can more traditional above the counter cabinets be worked into design mixes? OR a walk in Pantry ?
No light switches, no wall plugins?
Can’t open refrigerator door with penninsula sticking out! I know had to cut mine back.
Also not enough closet space in bedrooms!
Get rid of the bar and peninsula. position the dishwasher to the immediate left of the sink.
