Yes, when my kids were young, I would go all out for them for Christmas because we didn’t really have much family that bought them gifts so me and my husband would do a little too much. Our Christmas tree was flooded with presents. My youngest is eight and he’s really the only one that plays with toys now so I try not to do too much toys anymore because he still has so many. Ive been done for two weeks and stayed within budget, which was also lower than past years. I set the budget and thats it. Its not an option to "go over" budget forme. Cuz, aint nobody worth going into debt for. I totally dont expect anyone to go into debt for me either. For the giveaway - I am staying home to celebrate with my hubby on Christmas Eve, will be making our traditional Italian dinner of chicken cacciatore. He has to work on Christmas Day (blue collar worker) so I will be watching movies on the couch in my PJs all day and eating leftovers for dinner lol. What an amazing prize you are doing! Crossing my toes and fingers that I win! :)

So I usually just take a chunk out of my paycheck before I budget to buy gifts 🥴 I have a Christmas envelope for next year though! Lol girl as a Seattle native, I boycotted Starbucks’ burnt coffee years ago 🤣 every company has their corrupt points of view, unfortunately, some are just smart enough to stay quiet about it. You never know what your money is actually funding. But I definitely stay as mindful as I can! Local is the way to go! ❤️ especially with coffee shops, because they get so much more creative with their drinks! For Christmas, I am working! Haha congrats again, girlie!!

This Christmas my immediate family will be opening gifts in the morning, then we will be driving to my sisters house to meet the rest of my family to open more gifts and have a Christmas brunch. Finally we will be dropping off gift at home to collect the gifts we have in the house to go to my husband’s side of the family house to have Christmas dinner.
