Played awesomely!! (the mid section run on Bb minor pentatonic, I was playing with a bend but yours, slide / slide / pull off is a MILLION times better! I believe Mark is using pinky without slide but I cannot do it as clean as he is doing it, yours might be better! I love the slide!), much love brother!
Omg i just realized i already watched this and learned from you a trick!! (I am getting way too old :)) many thanks again brother, really really love watching you play soooo awesomely!!
Hey man, perfect playing! I also bought recently a PRS SE Mark Tremonti and can not wait for playing the solos of him. I checked your websites and it seems you are really passionate about alter bridge. I fucking loved all the effort for recording the backings learning the solos and recording it again. The recordings on soundcloud are amazing. Is there anyway that you can share the backings with other fans? I am sure there are a lot of people who wants to cover but they are lacking a good backing track. Cheers!
Hey! Thanks man. I would definitely send you the backing track for sure but the problem is I recorded this track 6 years ago when I used a plugin called Guitar Rig. Now when I open the file it won't play any of the tones as I don't have guitar rig anymore so all the guitars are clean sounding. Some of my more recent covers I can send if you want to use those?
Hearing the solo and finding out it was Myles who wrote the main riff was when I found out Kennedy and Tremonti were really starting to rub off on each other :)
+Zishan Tareque Hi. I recorded the backing track and bounced it into one file. Then I created a new Logic X profile and recorded the solo along to the track :) hope that helps...
Very clean dude. If I wasn't watching I'd think it was Mark playing. Great job
Thanks man!

Dario Giardina Thanks a lot Dario!
can you make your backing track public?
Chris Umeck I will when I get my hard drive back. Cheers!
Which Pickups do you use?
I use the Suhr Doug Aldrich pickups :)
Who plays this solo originally? seems much more like Kennedy instead Tremonti
Its Tremonti. I know I thought the same, it sounds very Kennedy!
Hearing the solo and finding out it was Myles who wrote the main riff was when I found out Kennedy and Tremonti were really starting to rub off on each other :)
Hey, great vid man, just wondering did u learn this by tab or by yourself and listening to it?
I've got the Alter Bridge Sound & Story DVD which teaches you all the songs from Fortress :)
Hey will u share your eq settings? Awesome cover man.. \,,/
sidhanth gupta Hey, do you have Guitar Rig? I could send across the setting.
Nice cover man..
How did you record the backing track and the guitar part at the same time using Guitar Rig? I'm having trouble with that.
+Zishan Tareque Hi. I recorded the backing track and bounced it into one file. Then I created a new Logic X profile and recorded the solo along to the track :) hope that helps...
+Jake Graham Thank you man, I will try it out!
That’s how you do it!
Cheers Dalton !
nice job ! what tuning is this ? drop A# ?
Ag56ga65 yeah :) all strings a semitone down then the low E dropped to A#
What about a lesson on that? Great performance anyway!
