i like this video man, you talk steady and straight to the point. and youre sharp. i really really appreciate that. i pitched myself to alot of thailand vloggers already but i do consulting for video content specifically in thailand. i have alot of research with statistics to back it up. let me know if its relevant. i do really really good work i can vouche behind. and my prices are really really really cheap for the results. and if i dont prove it then you get your money back. im joining you guys soon, but i have professional work experience to help while im setting up so when we link up in thailand it could be really really great.
Thanks for the video, last year, I lived in the Jomtien area close to Pattaya for 6 months and my monthly budget was $3K and that's with companionship with a regular Thai lady for 3x a week and not buying any lady drinks and barfines. Been eating Thai foods in the market not western food. I don't even smoke cigarettes/weeds & chew tobacco. I was planning to retire but changed my mind in the last minute. In my early 50's now and back to work in sunny Cali. Will do this again, next year.
Great Video. On Point. Damn I want to live there "again" once I lived there I earned just 50k baht. Now I got a digital nomad job and I earn about 135-140K I think I would live like a King with this amount :X
Yeah I missed insurance but that depends on who you go with too. I pay about $25 for my insurance and I haven’t seen a dentist since I was about 5 years old😅
Condo prices will vary from how old or new , how many amenities , square footage and area that can determine the price and some times , how you negotiate ... I would say the average price from 250 to 400 for a studio or 1 bedroom anything thats 500 or more is considered very high end , however , there are certain apartments that are bigger and cheaper , so I say shop around until you see what you can afford and can live with .
@@Bearded_Travels I think you should show a variety of options like the cost of a place in a popular area from cheap to expensive, then a resident area, then a country type area that is in Bangkok, like lat krabang, then this gives a broad idea

Hey bro that is a still a requirement for it . But the application fee to actually apply for the VISA and get for 6 months it is $300 I can make a seperate video on all the requirements if you guys are interested
why are you putting everything in dollars ?!? you are from the uk so pounds would be your currency but better would be Thai Baht as that is what everybody from wherever country they move from would be spending !!!
I did dollars because more people understand it globally and I have a lot of US subs too, but your right I should’ve also done it in baht too as well as pounds. Will do it next time 👍

How's the air quality in Bangkok since it may affect one's health?

US$600 a month on food, you can do that in the US as a single.

Any advice on a spouse visa or health insurance?
@@PhonruediHaynes I would personally recommend speaking to a visa agent they make the process quite smooth
Hey what about health, vision, and dental insurance?
I forgot to cover insurance but this will really depend a lot on your health circumstances and what type of insurance you’re after
Due to pre existing conditions my health insurance is kinda pricey
That will be the case but it's definitely worth getting just incase anything happens here, medical bills can be quite expensive
А медицинское страхование?
