I've noticed it can be a little wonky when trying to hit a specific minion but I haven't had much netcode type issues landing my shots, are you on PC or console? It also doesn't have super insane range, I think it's like double your auto range or something like that so if you're too far away it may also not work well.
Love these guides, no one else is doing in-depth character guides. You got a good niche goin, looking forward to a howitzer one / other mids

No problem, I usually build it right after grabbing chalice and then finish building out the mindrazor a little later into the game.
