A funny headcanon I have is inspired by how loud his JPN voiced lines can get. His ENG voiced lines are what is his best attempt at a normal speaking voice (which is still pretty loud) ...and his JPN voiced lines are how loud he can get due to work related habits. I imagine he does try to not hurt people's ears on purpose, but he tends to be very vocal when he's exicited.
I laughed when you said "work related habits". My mother has been a Chinese cook throughout her life and she shouts a lot. Apparently part of it is because kitchens are loud so it's hard to hear or be heard and eventually that contributes to the habit or raising the volume of her voice.
I've been around transitions enough and can agree- Trains are incredibly loud especially if you're on the platform. -I am rather scared of how loud they are. Haha my Autism go [spooked].-

I never knew he existed until I played the game. I have Pokemon Black, for nearly 10 years and I haven't even played it enough to reach the point where I meet him in the game.

As much as I love them both, I wish to marry Ingo. I adore this guy so much and he'd be an amazing husband. He is precious and needs loving forever. PLA is so cruel to this wonderful man 😩 Hopefully he will get a happy ending returned with Emmet Also these voice lines are so cool and the actor nailed it. I love how they managed to keep how expressive Ingo verbally is and maintain how loud he is all the time.
People finally understanding what makes Ingo (and Emmet) great after Pokémon Legends: Arceus. I still believe he’ll get to go back home, just like the main character will ^.^ And besides, it could easily be an Ingo from an alternate universe that is in Pokémon Legends. Arceus can send him back to the very second he left, and reverse the few years he had aged 💜💜💜
In the main line games Ingo is in his 20’s, in Legends Arceus it’s implied he’s at least middle aged if not reaching old man status. Especially since his concept art gives him a huge grandpa bald spot.

Both are still ecstatic and passionate about the things they like though, just having different ways of expressing it. :)
