I had been sceptical of harbor freight for years, but finally woke up and realized they do have some items that are very decent, economical, and useful. The tool cart is an exceptional buy and wish I had bought one awhile ago! I now have one ready for assembly and very happy with purchase!

The brace that goes on the end with the tray is not meant to be optional, it goes on in conjunction with the tray using the same bolts.
