This took me forever to edit...
Enjoy the video, really!
22 minutes, oh yes!. Watching this kind of video is more entertaining than watching a movie, and I am not even a woodworker.
Marius...you have restored my faith in the youth of the world! Excellent engineering!!!
Masterful job on the DC and the video, Marius! A ton of nice features in this one :)
Your going to make one hell of an Engineer my man, awesome job!
I'm so impressed by this whole series! So much skill, patience and humor all in one! You are a star my friend!
This is the most impressive dust collector build I have seen. A lot of nice features. Matthius would be proud.
I Like your sense of humor and your ability to admit you make mistakes And you are also proof you don't need Festool tools to be a good woodworker
This is why I call you 'the prodigy' whenever I share your builds. Mind blowing production, I love using your screw/dowel trick I learned first from your edging shoe video. I also use box joints whenever possible because it always feels like lost potential in the wood whenever I use screws, even though it might not need the strength, real joinery always adds incredible rigidity.
Absolutely, Undeniably, Excellent Engineering and Design! I have thought long and hard about how I would build one and yours has covered all the bases except one (sound proofing the motor). However, the ingenious cantilever you designed surpasses anything I have ever seen to quickly and easily secure the refuse bucket. And may I add that your videography is superbly done! Honestly this is the best design and build of a DIY dust collector I have ever seen!
This is the best air vacuum I ever seen 👍 10/10 🌟
Loved the animation at the start! Your vids get better each time, especially the outtakes!
I've been working with wood (unprofesionally) for 25yrs and watch many UA-cam videos from many different people. You and your format is unique in away and I like your content very much.
You are naturally talented, to achieve the level of your ability most people are much older than you. Is this something you were taught from a young age? I'm very impressed with your skill. Great work.
Thanks, but no. I started about four years ago without previous education in woodworking. Learning by doing.
You not only have a great mind you also have talent. I've watched a number of your videos you should let your since of humor be shown more because when you do you are quite funny and not in the disrespectful sense. Good job on all your videos.
Great idea using a cam clamp for the bucket , excellent, well done.
Wow Marius. The production value of your videos is second to none - excellent in other words. Everything you make just looks so precise and german :). I have a 32 m2 shop, and i often freak out, because i find the space a bit cramped for big projects, but you make it look easy to organize, and produce, with very limited space. You are my favorite UA-camr.
Thanks - and keep it up. Kind regard from a danish guy living in Sweden.
i like how you go into detail but add humor good stuff
Fantastic! Looks to be an amazing machine for its size.
Best DYI dust collector i have ever seen by far!!!! Smart, very smart.
Good match, small workshop and the collector matches the type and amount of waste. Brilliant build, this clearly has inspired others to get the dust out of their work place.
Top quality is just not enough for this one, Marius. It is pure art!
you are duch an inspirstion for what can be acheived in a low budget shop in an expensive environment. im in australia, slowly expanding my sets of tools and finding sudtainable sources of timber. thankyou for your amazing inspiration.
I liked the little "efficient use of scraps on the cnc" jab :)
The wait was totally worth it, and the video length does not bother me at all! I might look into building one of these some day.
This is some really quality work, Marius. Really blows Matthias's lathe out of the water. I love the segments tips to those of us with less tools. *Just finished watching. WOW! I'm really impressed.
Your sir are a craftsman and quite ingenious!
Marius, you impressed me and a host of others. Have a few well deserved sips of coffee and back to the books.
You're ingenuity is really remarkable. A wire grid for the filter material impressive.
Nice work. I like the dust-bucket-on-wheels idea. Very useful.
This is your best video ever. I really like the small touches of Frank Howarth and Matthias Wandel. You did a really great job on this one !
Great design and meticulous assembly...as much a work of art as a functioning tool. Great video thumbs up.
Wow, really well thought out and it turned out awesome!
Wow, Marius, that's an impressive machine.
wow JUST WOW! that is fantastic!
The quick release is great.
That bucket lifting mechanism is fantastic (and so is everything else). Great work Marius.
Keep making video's Marius! Having watched the entire 4-part series of the blower build; it's the uberlame humor at the start of this video that made me subscribe instantly! Don't stop, you're awesome.
Awesome work on the dust collector and the video. I love the cam lift, great design.
Seems like a great prototype of an actual product. Great job.
Wow, very nice Marius! Greetings from another engineering student, from the Netherlands.
Love the masterful use of scraps with the CNC. "Can't be done" +Matthias Wandel
Great build Marius.... look forward to the being able to get the plans,
Really nice build, Marius! Love that lifting cam idea - I have a similar setup with a large bucket that fits under my DC - I might just steal that concept!
Well, I may be a 3rd generation woodworker but I picked up a couple of tricks, well done!
Your editing is wonderful, and your explination is effective and thorough.
Marius you are a champion. Cheers Roger Barossa Valley South Australia..🇦🇺
endlich fertig, ich bin mal wieder sprachlos😉 Danke für dieses tolle Projekt und Video
Very nice job with both the build and the video!
Wow! Impressive all around! Great job!
That should certainly give you many years of great use. I like quick release set-up for the bucket, great idea.
i used to work at a home improvement store, in there we had one of those giant panel saws with industrial dust collection this unit also used a cam system to keep the dust bin secured. great job on this project
I always wanted to see a Woodworking Engineer! Finally!
Well done!
Impressive! The best self made DC I've ever seen. Awesome editing.
Superb Plan and execution!!! 👍🏽👍🏽 really nice!!
Fantastic!
You're starting to remind me of Mathias!
The leaver.... What an original idea 💡.
Incredible project. Perfect for a small shop.
Awesome Marius. The CAM is rally great, been trying to come up with a cam for my DC bin and this offers some good ideas.
Man I love that sound when the blower spins up to speed
I'm very happy to see another one of your videos. It's been a while but now I have had my Marius fix. Thank you and good job!
Great job. It turned out really nicely. Thanks for showing the alternative methods for making parts. These techniques are really handy for people like me who have no proper power tools.
Another excellent video. I concur 100% with everyones assessment that you have alot of great ideas, ingenuity, and a great sense of design. Thanks for the videos!!!
Extremely impressive! Great use of stop motion... and LOL at 22:21 :)
+FastEasySmartTOOL haha large laughter from that part
GREAT project Marius. Very very well thought out and IT WORKED!!! I especially liked the animations - very cool.
Greetings from Northern California, USA
I like a lot that lever to raise the bucket! great job Marius! very clever solutions!
I wondered where you were and now I see why you were away so long. Great video and a great job.
I'm totally stealing that cam lever idea for my wife's sewing table! Brilliant!
I just have a word: awesome!. You're a heck of an engineer my friend
Fantastic build. I need this in my small shop...
I think with this build and video you have excelled yourself. look forward to the next project.
Awesome finish to an excellent build. Very well done,Marius!
Nice design and build. Would like to see follow up on dust separator efficiency showing how much dust passes through to the filters.
Fantastic job on the DC. I enjoy your videos very much. Keep up the great work.
Wunderbares Video und ein verblüffend Projekt. Hut ab!!!
Very cleaver! I really enjoy watching this build. Great craftsmanship all around! Thanks for your video
Amazing video editing, brilliant design. The quick release is excellent, such a cool feature! Seeing it pick the bucket up on its own must have been super rewarding too :D
WOW ist sehr schön geworden! und schön das wieder ein video gekommen ist :)
..hahah geil man die Outtakes :D
Another great project! Very nice sketchup model by the way.
Marius, its a pleasure to watch your videos. Especially shop projects. Go on! Greetings from Ukraine!
Your videos are great man! I like that you show different methods of doing same thing for those who doesnt have this tool or other. Keep going up man! Subscribed!
muchas gracias por hacer semejante trabajo , por dedicar el tiempo para explicar con tanto detalle, Dios te bendiga y te aumente ése talento
Wow! That's awesome! Especially for it's small size!
great idea the quick release
and smart build
Funktional und gutes Design. Da kann man nur den Hut ziehen.
Well done, I really like this project and I am thinking of building dust collector like this one for my shop!
That's some nice over engineering. Mathias Wandel watch out!
You really did an awesome job! Love the lever system. Your editing is inspirational and the outtakes are always a treat!
Oustanding design! The lever-action clamp for the bucket is just genius. Keep up the awesome work. :)
Besten Gruß aus dem Großraum Braunschweig.
Nice Job, Marius. Love the tips and outtakes. Reminds us we are all human. LOL.
Very clever build, great video too. Thanks man.
Nice to see the final project
Great work as usual stop motion work is good too must be watching a lot of Frank Howarth videos
Your editing is top notch! And that dust collector is awesome.
such an awesome project! very well done Marius!
Great Video and Build Marius, it was defiantly worth the wait.Oh and Great Out Takes as well. Take Care, Barry (from England)
Very impressive! Fantastic job! Congratulations on a splendid build.
I just want to say...if you make an alternative joint with screws and dowels, the dimensions of whole frame will change (if you have same lenght dimensions A and B parts as in box joints ) because in box joint lenght of frame is just lenght of A (or B) part....in alternative lenght is sum of lenght of A piece and thickness of B parts..
Well, congratulations! Fantastic project, very well put together! And great attention to the details!
Excelente trabajo! Seguí toda la evolución del aspirador, un trabajo grandioso. Me ha inspirado mucho para hacer uno yo. Muchas gracias!!! Seguí asi!!!!
A great design. Looking forward to the plans.
Great job, Marius!.. both on your skills, creativity and the presentation! I really enjoy your tutorials! Keep up the awesomeness!
Absolutely amazing video and end product Marius! Lov'it!
Truly amazing, I am genuinely impressed. With all you know already you have a good life assured. Your videos are improving scarily fast and last but not least good luck and I wish you the very best.
