I know you guys are very partial to the single turbo setup on the R32, but I think you should take a look at a G25-550 twins setup on it. I've spent a good few hours with the compressor map, and found that a twin G25-550 stays between 76-80% efficiency all the way down to 350whp, and all the way up to 850whp. They are VERY near your 1050 single setup, but spools 1,500rpm sooner. Give it a go.
