I've had to crawl through a number of times when I was parked properly and came back to find an improperly parked vehicle had blocked my driver's side door. This same thing happened to me except the opposite. I had my car parked dead center in my space, get back from class, and someone is well over the line into my space blocking my driver door and taking up 2 spaces. I was forced to crawl into my car from the passenger side. So I left a note under their wipers letting them know I farted on their door handle for my troubles.
Same thing happened to me! I was 8 months pregnant and had to go through the passenger side and crawl over my seat to the drivers side. I wrote them a nasty note but didn't think to fart like you. Priceless.😂😘
I can relate to that story, same story happen to me, i did the same thing left a note behind just to warn that person what I did to the car, run real quick to a convenience store across from the parking lot, bought a small bottle of oil along with ketchup and mayo, made a stupid mixture of all 3 components together and I left it all over the door handles and front windshield :).

Many years ago 3 friends and I went to a function in city centre. We parked in pay and display carpark, 1 of 4 in the area. When we returned we found we were blocked in by a car not in a parking bay. We were in a corner, so it also blocked another 2 cars. We tried pushing the vehicle, and discovered it moved quite easily with the 4 of us rocking it (it helped that 3 of us were somewhat inebriated), so we moved it to the opposite corner, and managed to position it so it was blocked in and obscured from view. My only regret is we couldn't stay to see drivers reaction... I did wonder if he/she phoned police, and if police found it did they notice there was no parking ticket displayed?
I have had to do similar in the past at a Boston Garden concert- we three big guys had to pick up front end of A- hole blocking us in- compact car- but what a surprise when idiots came back and car was at a 45 ° angle!!

So she parked next to the shopping cart receptacle knowing that no one could park on her right side, and purposely parked over the line so that no one would park on her left side either. Most cars today don't have bucket seats where you can slide across from the passenger to the driver seat. The last vehicle I seen like that was '06 Impala and that changed in '13.

I test drove my mom's chevy sub and I can tell you it takes more than a moderate amount of skill to park. I’ve done this, years ago, and it was awesome! In my case, though, when I came back out of the bank to my truck, she was waiting for me. She started screaming at me for parking so close to her. Very calming and sweetly, like the gentleman I am, I took a few steps back, looked at my truck perfectly centred in the stall, and said “well, I was trying to park right between the lines, and I think I did a pretty good job. I think you might be a little over the line though”. “Well, you didn’t have to park right there!” She shrieked. “ Well, no,” I said, “I didn’t have to, but it’s a good spot, and like I said, I’m parked between the lines, so you really don’t have anything to complain about.” She screamed and swore some more, to which I kindly suggested that rather than take her problems out on me, she take a Mydol. That really set her off! I had been about to get in my truck and drive off, but then suddenly I remembered there was one more thing I wanted to do at the bank ;) .....She must have managed to get out somehow, because her car was gone when I got back, and no, my truck was not damaged, probably due to the number of witnesses who gathered. Fond memories!

The opposite happened to me earlier today. I parked in the lines and someone came in while I was in the store and went over the line, blocking the door so I couldn’t get in. I got so ticked off and frustrated, why can people park in the lines? It’s not that difficult!

The fact that she could have parked as close as possible to the cart corral without having to worry about her car getting dinged on the drivers side will be completely overlooked.
The most telling fact about this video is that she was parked next to a return space. IE: There’s no way there was a previous car there that was over the line, forcing her to park over the line. I have been forced to park over a line because the car next to me was over the line, and the parking lot was full except for one space. In her case, she wasn’t in that situation because the space to her right is permanently occupied.
My thoughts exactly. I even was gonna mention it may not have been the lady's fault if the car next to her mis-parked. Then I looked at the video and saw the corral. No excuse for her at all. She was either lazy or didn't care.
Maybe there was a cart blocking her from parking correctly though. But still, even if that were the case, she could’ve found another spot or gotten out, moved the cart, and adjusted the car.

Swinde I would have crawled through to the driver's seat and driven away. But then I would have parked properly within the allotted space to begin with. I've had to crawl through a number of times when I was parked properly and came back to find an improperly parked vehicle had blocked my driver's side door. I usually leave a handwritten note under the windshield wiper stating "Don't park like an asshole".

This same thing happened to me except the opposite. I had my car parked dead center in my space, get back from class, and someone is well over the line into my space blocking my driver door and taking up 2 spaces. I was forced to crawl into my car from the passenger side. So I left a note under their wipers letting them know I farted on their door handle for my troubles.

I can relate to that story, same story happen to me, i did the same thing left a note behind just to warn that person what I did to the car, run real quick to a convenience store across from the parking lot, bought a small bottle of oil along with ketchup and mayo, made a stupid mixture of all 3 components together and I left it all over the door handles and front windshield :).

Many years ago 3 friends and I went to a function in city centre. We parked in pay and display carpark, 1 of 4 in the area. When we returned we found we were blocked in by a car not in a parking bay. We were in a corner, so it also blocked another 2 cars. We tried pushing the vehicle, and discovered it moved quite easily with the 4 of us rocking it (it helped that 3 of us were somewhat inebriated), so we moved it to the opposite corner, and managed to position it so it was blocked in and obscured from view. My only regret is we couldn't stay to see drivers reaction... I did wonder if he/she phoned police, and if police found it did they notice there was no parking ticket displayed?
I have had to do similar in the past at a Boston Garden concert- we three big guys had to pick up front end of A- hole blocking us in- compact car- but what a surprise when idiots came back and car was at a 45 ° angle!!

I test drove my mom's chevy sub and I can tell you it takes more than a moderate amount of skill to park. I’ve done this, years ago, and it was awesome! In my case, though, when I came back out of the bank to my truck, she was waiting for me. She started screaming at me for parking so close to her. Very calming and sweetly, like the gentleman I am, I took a few steps back, looked at my truck perfectly centred in the stall, and said “well, I was trying to park right between the lines, and I think I did a pretty good job. I think you might be a little over the line though”. “Well, you didn’t have to park right there!” She shrieked. “ Well, no,” I said, “I didn’t have to, but it’s a good spot, and like I said, I’m parked between the lines, so you really don’t have anything to complain about.” She screamed and swore some more, to which I kindly suggested that rather than take her problems out on me, she take a Mydol. That really set her off! I had been about to get in my truck and drive off, but then suddenly I remembered there was one more thing I wanted to do at the bank ;) .....She must have managed to get out somehow, because her car was gone when I got back, and no, my truck was not damaged, probably due to the number of witnesses who gathered. Fond memories!

The opposite happened to me earlier today. I parked in the lines and someone came in while I was in the store and went over the line, blocking the door so I couldn’t get in. I got so ticked off and frustrated, why can people park in the lines? It’s not that difficult!

The fact that she could have parked as close as possible to the cart corral without having to worry about her car getting dinged on the drivers side will be completely overlooked.
The most telling fact about this video is that she was parked next to a return space. IE: There’s no way there was a previous car there that was over the line, forcing her to park over the line. I have been forced to park over a line because the car next to me was over the line, and the parking lot was full except for one space. In her case, she wasn’t in that situation because the space to her right is permanently occupied.
My thoughts exactly. I even was gonna mention it may not have been the lady's fault if the car next to her mis-parked. Then I looked at the video and saw the corral. No excuse for her at all. She was either lazy or didn't care.
Maybe there was a cart blocking her from parking correctly though. But still, even if that were the case, she could’ve found another spot or gotten out, moved the cart, and adjusted the car.

After all this I bet she STILL! didn't know, understand, realize or care she was parked over the line. While she was standing there surveying the situation I would have opened the hatch to the Toyota at which time I'm sure she would have confronted you that's when I would have looked down at the line and said " well there's your problem you're parked way over the line" and proceed to close the hatch while mumbling about forgetting something in the store and Walk away.
