She's quite timid and doesn't like being picked up, but she's tiny so I don't blame her, it must be scary being so small. She has only barked about 3 times in her life, growled a few times when playing. She's so much fun, and I wouldn't change her for the world!💖

We used to do that with our dog, very similar behaviour, sassy, barking, nipping, very food motivated (she's a rescue) so we'd feed her parts of her dinner through out the day as snacks. She's older now and has stomach cancer so she gets a buffet of food avail at all times, naturally.
Small dogs get very possessive if not properly trained from being a pup. Usually the owner spoils them too much, making them jealous when other people call round.

it is sad, but it's also justified. the pets would be far worse if they weren't placed with someone else. the reason they separate them is because the elderly person cannot even care for themselves, much less for a pet. And you can't expect the already underpaid social workers or nurses to care for the person plus their pet as well. it's def a sad thing, but at least there's hope for the pet to be fostered and eventually find another family who adores it.

Lol & how are you getting on with him ?? He sounds like a character. Do you not have a wife for him to pee on? Or do you maybe you have a wife he can get along with? 💕
Chihuahuas can make excellent dogs, easily. The problem is owners thinking that because Chihuahuas are small they don't need training. Hence the dog gets confusing signals and lives in distress most of the time, which leads to unwanted behaviour. It's the owner's fault
My first chihuahua was such a love bug sweetheart that I will ALWAYS have a soft spot for chihuahuas, even ones that are actually haunted Victorian children in a dogs body
I can't believe that dog isn't getting irritated at her constantly scratching the dogs arm. It's driving me insane to see her do that. But glad prancer got a good home.
Chihuahuas have been given this demeaning image of being some cutesy fashionable accessory and those that treat them in that way deserve every amount of grief that the animals give.
I’m so glad I found where this hilarious pup ended up ! Wonderful story & I highly approve of his forever mom!! Will be following him !prancer the chihuahua
Prancer was possibly abused by a male at some point?? I’m happy that he found Ariel bc it’s clear that Tyfanee’s home was incredibly high stress esp being thrown into that environment with no acclamation. No dog does well under stress but especially the stressors that are unique to them! Prancer has found his happy forever home and is helping Ariel just as much as she helps him. I believe with time and continued work with a trainer, that Prancer will one day soon be able to get along well with males. Fingers crossed!
One of my first thoughts was I bet Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan could deal with Prancer's traits, but it sounds like Connecticut's Ariel Davis is doing a fine job as Prancer's mom.
Cesar Milan is NOT a dog trainer! He abuses dogs. He uses outdated and pseudoscientific pack theory. Ask any responsible UK behaviourist and trainer. Do NOT take any advice from Cesar Millan! Behaviourology is a SCIENCE. Cesar is a TV entertainer and nothing more. He's literally banned from public speaking in some countries. He breaks dogs.
Cesar Millan is the best dog trainer I've ever come across. Apparently it's the one job where any mistake is held against you for life. Challenge yourself and watch his latest series on UA-cam. He is very mellow, kind and relaxed, and the dogs do exactly what he wants them to do, just as they always did. Recent case with a family of 4 who adopted a dog with way too much energy for their needs. Cesar sorted out the problem in two ticks. I love that man.
why are the comments *ALWAYS* off on any itv video? why are you not interested in peoples comments and freedom of speech/expression? are you scared of what they’ll say lol ?

Awe how sweet that Prancer has found his forever home..although the Chucky side of him is still there if Prancer runs into a Male Human or other Pets haha He sounds like he has met his forever Momma. 😊❤ Congrats, this story really warms my heart ❤ Love you Prancer 💙🐾🐕 xo
He protec, he attac, he eat a snac
The new owner looks exhausted 🥴
He is adorable 🥰 I so love that he now has the right owner ❤️❤️
Cute little dog, does look like a shark on close up though! Hope Prancer has found the security he needs.
Comments are on. Wow.
I can’t contain myself when Holly loses it😂😂😂
Pretty much described most of Chihuahua's I have ever known.
I have 2 chihuahuas. I adopted the first one, he was traumatized, we bought another chihuahua because the "demoniac" behavior of my first one. Now I have 2 little evil dogs :D (kidding)
@@nannenotofficial2909 it’s sad because these dogs are so aggressive because they’re so small and most people abuse them or mistreat them because they think it’s funny, it’s the same thing with small poodles, I had to steal one from a friend because they were kicking him and he was blind and matted, people can be cruel to these small babies.
@@raisinbran531 The reason I got my first one was the same reason as you. I was kidding when i said evil. My dogs are amazing, but because my first one was so traumatized, the second one is a bit scared, But I hope it will be over soon. we love them so much, and we do everything we can for their little (big) lives. I cant understand how can someone be mean to dogs. They just was give love and be loved.
Aww Prancer is so adorable 🥹😭😭
You’re a one of a kind individual if you can handle having a Chihuahua for a pet.
First time my dog looked at me I turned to my neighbor, who owned him...and said.. tat's going to be my dog one day...three days after I got out of the hospital following a stroke...he gave him to me...he would pee on his wife's head in bed sometimes...
Pee on his wife’s head 😂
Lol & how are you getting on with him ?? He sounds like a character. Do you not have a wife for him to pee on? Or do you maybe you have a wife he can get along with? 💕
I love prancer !! Honestly chihuahuas have the best personalities
That poor dog, she is massively overfeeding him. Is she crazy?!
Lol 😆I've never met a chihuahua that wasn't demonic ! Those lil dogs can be vicious!
I've met a few chihuahuas that are very sweet. But some wild ones too.
This post had me rolling. I’m right there with Holly having a little giggle fit within the first few seconds.
When Phillip started talking to Ariel, the dog started frowning!
He's adorable.
He was giving his new owner the side eye, I thought he was going to go for her, that would of been hilarious on live TV. 👀👹🐕
I’m so glad I found where this hilarious pup ended up ! Wonderful story & I highly approve of his forever mom!! Will be following him !prancer the chihuahua
He's a life changer...I love him
Oh stop with the two metre seating 😂😂😂 we both know they don’t sit like that on their break ahaha
This is an iconic moment in history
AHHHHHHH, I always want to comment on this morning’s videos, AND NOW I CAN 🥳🥳
Now that I can comment I’m blanking out on something to say 😂
Omg the two Americans look so unhappy while Phil and Holly are just beaming ear to ear🤣🤣
Yes! I thought the exact same thing,I noticed it straight away, even more so with Ariel,Prancers new Mom.I don't think she smiled once 🙈
@@BritishRoyalFamilyFans I KNOW!!😂🙈
I think most people love watching these two, because they are wonderful, that laugh.. ❤️
I saw this on twitter a month or so ago and I was WHEEZING
Wonder if she unmade her bed before going on national TV 🤭🤭🤭,jokes 😆💕
I taught the same..... She didn't even make her bed 😂😂😂
@@corrineb15 so glad u commented!! I thought I was alone 🤣👍
I actually came into the comments for that reason 😂
@@corrineb15 hehehe!!!🤭🤭😸💖
He is adorable! God bless ariel and prancer !
Fingers crossed!
feeding him that many treats and looking at the size of him compared to earlier photos she won't have to worry about it for long.
This story made my whole month which had been going rather unfavorable, thank you!
Very cool all the way around. He's in his element now. Warms my heart.
..who physically resembles a gremlin 😂😂😂
Bravo!! Both of these young ladies are angels 💖💖
If I keep stuffing my face with food I’d also be quite calmer and nicer
Haha 😂 true dat..
People can Voice their opinions now?!?!?!? Wow....end of censorship?
This dog has severe separation anxiety after what happened to her being abandoned by her owner. I have also a chihuahua, she needs trust and love.
So Ariel the Angel took care of Demon Dog , seems quite fitting
One of my first thoughts was I bet Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan could deal with Prancer's traits, but
it sounds like Connecticut's Ariel Davis is doing a fine job as Prancer's mom.
She’s a great person and she will take great care of him. I’ve been friends with her since we were 4 years old :)
that would prove that he can get on with men just need to know he can trust a man
Cesar Milan is NOT a dog trainer! He breaks dogs.
cesar milan would make him worse
Cesar Millan is the best dog trainer I've ever come across. Apparently it's the one job where any mistake is held against you for life.
Challenge yourself and watch his latest series on UA-cam. He is very mellow, kind and relaxed, and the dogs do exactly what he wants them to do, just as they always did.
Recent case with a family of 4 who adopted a dog with way too much energy for their needs. Cesar sorted out the problem in two ticks. I love that man.
Shut up every chihuahua I've ever met has been demonic, I think that they think that they are the same size as a great dane,, small dog syndrome 😂👍❤️
😂My doggy has the same syndrome! He is a Tibetan Spaniel but he thinks he is a great Dane or a pittbull!
There's someone perfect for everyone, species knows no bounds when it comes to soul mates!!!
OMG YES I can finally express my love for that duo in a comment!
Hahaha he must be my chihuahuas long-lost cousin or brother totally described my puppy LOL too cute!😊
why are the comments *ALWAYS* off on any itv video? why are you not interested in peoples comments and freedom of speech/expression? are you scared of what they’ll say lol ?
The thing that infuriates me the most is when the title of the video is a question, like they're interested in the viewers opinion.. then you watch the video and the comments are turned off.
They want views but don't want criticism.
@@wurble it’s because they have a scummy leftist bias and don’t want people questioning it
It's because comments quickly become toxic, esp related to politics.
Sweet doggie videos are the exception. Peace.
@@ksc743 They have to expect that I'm afraid it's called freedom of speech.
I think these two interviewers do such a good job!
Dogs can help bring out the best in people.
I have it on not-very-good-at-all authority that Holly is a demanding monster to everyone irl!😂😂😂
Holly’s laugh and facial expressions just made me 🤣🤣🤣
