    As a monk for a total of 18 years, I cannot go to public classes. This works out well to resurrect my practice from the 90’s and not to over do things as I hopefully bring my body back to my original flexibility and beyond. For meditation, I always tell people to do a daily practice no matter how short. This 30 minute video does the trick and it was probably your same intention which is most beautiful. Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu!

      Namaste,Sadhuetcetc!I also am a elevate monk for many years thru no fault of my own Bhante Sub hooti!?! The trouble in my in my case is to convince the yoginis is that every little bit counts...how you say patience and persistence in Sanscrit!

    Yes this is amazing. I’m a Muslim woman and cannot handle the heat in a public class while maintaining modest dress. No way! So I created a hot yoga studio in my bathroom-no more excuses! Bless you for this video, really excellent!

    I've been doing Bikram for over 10 years, but I cannot seem to focus enough right now to do a longer version of the series while sheltering in place, so this is really helpful. I really appreciate that you have put together this 30-minute version and shared it publicly. Thank you!

    This 30 minute version of these poses is perfect for me to ease my way into the full longer sequence. I'm 51 and have a lot of areas that are so tight and not flexible right now. Before COVID, I was going to yoga 3-4 days a week and after losing that practice, my body is not in the best state. I will be doing this several times a week (along with going back into the studio for other classes to try and get my range of motion and flexibility back to where it was. Thank you for sharing this.

    A full mind-body-spirit reset. Led by a genuine yogi, wholly devoted to her craft, and to those who are on the path of perpetual learning. Took me a long time to discover the wisdom of this sequence; it is not a random compilation of disparate poses. A wonderful and effective introduction to the full 26 sequence as it has been developed at Hot Yoga Asheville. I used to practice there and now that I live in Europe I can return to Adi's expert teaching and to this unique series. Thank you.

    I love the full series and used to go to classes regularly. Now I've got three little kids and very little time to myself. I've started getting up before the kids and do this series almost every morning. It has been a game changer! I feel so much better about everything. Love your style as well, helps me start the day with a positive mindset. Thank you for this!

    People don't know how tough 1 and 1/2 hours of this is everyday, especially if you have just started or are coming back from an injury. The classes can be too long, hot, expensive or smelly for people to create a habit out of this. These videos are very helpful to those of us trying to get back doing the 26. THX!!

    I’ve done this every day for a week now. I’m used to Bikram classes and I love love love doing a 30 minute version at home during COVID time. I just don’t feel like the full 90.     I've been a Hot Yoga practitioner for 25 years. This class by Adi Westerman is a perfect and beautiful 30 minute version the sequence of 26 poses. Adi's excellent instruction is ideal for experienced Hot Yoga and Bikram yogis who want a non-classroom setting but with expert instruction and demonstration.     I took a break from full bikram for 3 yrs and my body is in servere bad shape, this short version helps me to come back, and my body feels much better now after 2 weeks, I do it every morning, to get ready to come back to 26 pst. thanx so much for this wonderful shorty

    Adi this is wonderful. I just started HY today after a 4 year downtime with illness etc. I had a very difficult time today at class. My emotions were all over the place and even now at the end of the day. Before sleeping I thought I would review the poses and now I have it, in feeling encouraged because I can try this at home although without heart. Thank you so very much. Nemaste

    I lived in Hawaii from 2012 to 2017 on the big island and I use to do 2 90 minute bikram Series a day in Hilo .
    Well as time passed and after starting a family I have let go of my practice and became out of shape.
    This 30 minute video has changed my life for the better and every morning before work I have the time to do it. My joints and every part of my body feels invigorating and a gift to myself.

    There's a lovely simplicity to this class. It's my go-to quarantine video. I pause it when I want to repeat a posture. So nice to get back into this style. It's always been my favorite. Love from Northern California!

    Thank you for this SO much. I just had my 4th baby in January and then covid hit and I haven't been in a hot room since mid January. I love your class (doing all the poses) but quick. with four kids its really hard to dedicate an hour of my day, but 30 minutes, I can always justify. THANK YOU!! Another like this please!     Cant sit on my toes yet but this is great! still a yoga newbie, but I didn't realize how limber I am. Plenty of room for improvement. This is awesome. my back doesn't feel as tight!

    Thank you for sharing! Am very inflexible so am going to try this for a while before going to the 90 min hot yoga class.

      Sounds great! But don’t be scared of a full class. The heat and the motivating teachers help a lot with flexibility and mobility. This class though is a great way to familiarize yourself and get your confidence boost! 😉

    The yoga is great, thank you...total aside, I love the painting on the wall behind you. I have a wall in which I’d love to have it, but it looks so specialized I wonder how to find someone capable of it, do you have a source?

    I love this 30 min session. I've practiced with this video a bunch.. lol. And still I can't get over the part when she says, "this is a really short savasna. Usually it's 2 minutes long but if we did that this class would be about an hour and fifty minutes"??? Lol... but this class is 30+ minutes.. so how.? Thank you for the great yoga and laughs

    I need to learn this sequence and this video is the perfect tool! All the poses are taught with clear instructions and the speed is in the fast side, but still allows me to feel the benefits of the poses. Thanks for sharing!

      Laura Coronel hi Laura! Yes this is the shorter version of the class. Standard in studio classes are between 60-90 minutes. This is a great starting point or maintenance class for home work. :) glad you like it!

    This was a perfect class. I’m trying to get back to bikram after 4 years. I sat in my sauna for a bit before and while I’m happy to say that I remembered most of my form .... I am in no way ready for 90 min of 26&2 I’ll be using this till I’m there. Thanks again

    This is such a great way to get back into a home practice! The flow of postures is perfect....well, except I do one more Wind Removing series after the final Savasana. Because you can't have too much wind removal right?!? :)

    Thank you so much for this video. It's great for a 30min session. However, I feel a bit rushed in some of the asanas. Also I find a slight inconsistency in duration between the right and left sides. I personally feel a 45min version would be more complete. Thanks again for sharing.

      Good suggestions. The fact this many people enjoy it, warms my heart. I filmed it on the fly for my clients at my yoga studio and never imagined more that 1,000 views. So while it's not perfect and not my perfect quality (sound, lighting, pacing, etc), Im glad it works for many people. The beautiful thing is, you can use it a guide, not a force. Enjoy!

    My first time yoga i love this class, couldnt finish but i started , ill be finishing in few days i think but i will try daily till i can complete. I am a bit overweight so some positions are a bit dificult. Can i do some movements to help the tyroides ?? Ty and great job

      That’s ok. Take it one day at a time. Don’t be in a rush for results. Just practice practice practice. There are many benefits to the compression release we do in the poses to flush the body and bring fresh oxygenated blood to your body. Towards the end the stuff with chin to throat compressed and releases the thyroid which is said to help regulate the body. Hydrate lots. Half your body weight in ounces per day.aunt a small pinch of sea salt in your water if you sweat.

      @@HotYogaAsheville I do not how to say ty, but thank you very much, i m losing way after a year and few moths bariatric operation, i was very obese, now i can do walking, a bit joking, yoga and even if it is not soo much, for me is a gift , it feels soo good moving and your replying and taking time to read... thank you very much, i will let you know when i can complete de 30 minutes and ty for the tip with the sea salt , yes i do swear a lot and sometimes specially indoors its very inconfortable. Ty very much!
