Hello Opera, Sorry If I'm on the Incorrect thread. Can you help, I'll make It short. I have a 48v Solar panel system Just pre heating my CH system only. No Inverter. Completely off grid. Just a Solar Charge Controller and lead batteries. Works brilliant. One problem. When set at the battery under Voltage cut off It doesn't do so (I have tried resetting) It does cut off when It reaches Overcharge setting. Any Idea what may be the problem. I'm trying to keep It as simple as possible and not adding anything that puts an extra draw on the Solar power.
I don't know what a CH system is. Assume heating is from battery. Controller voltage controls are notorious for not working well. An external voltage relay is a better solution.
