Dude, I never comment on anybody's UA-cam posts, but as a born and bred native south Floridian who lives in Miami and frequents the Florida Keys every other weekend, this was one of the most comprehensive, enjoyable videos of my hometown I have ever seen on UA-cam. Phenomenal job on this! God bless you and your Pops. Treasure the time you have together!! I only wish I would have done this with my dad to have these kind of memories on video forever.
@@organicvids I know this is 10 months later, but my #1 recommendation for anyone else planning to camp down there is to bring plenty of mosquito repellent.
You probably already know this but you really won’t “know” how precious your travels with your pops is to you both! When he’s gone, you’ll still have him literally with you by way of videos and memories ! I’m so happy for you! Beautiful video too (as always!)
I love the fact that my children will be able to look back on these videos and get a better understanding of their dad and grandpa. I hope they will enjoy it!
That's what I was thinking. My dad died about two years ago from covid, and I am very glad I did the things I did with him when I was able to. Once they are gone they never come back.
As a native Floridian, I would like to congratulate You and your Dad for an outstanding VLOG on Miami, the Keys, Key West, and Fort Jefferson! I have watched many others, but yours has been the best. This one, and the one y’all made on Route 66, from Calif. to Chicago, are my two favorites. Keep up the good work!
Man I am so surprised at your subscriber count. Your videos are such professional quality, perfect in every way, and always so relaxing and enjoyable. The fact that you get to travel with your Dad is so beautiful. Thanks for all your hard work! 😍😍
Thank you so much for giving other ppl an opportunity to go places they can't go IRL, through your lens! It's interesting and well narrated, never gets boring.....

This was another Amazing video…you always have great content…plenty of useful info…wonderful views…plenty of food and coffee info…and you always have such a happy smile on your face …another trip to add to my list. Impressive footage. Very comprehensive narration, presentation and edit of your daily activities in Florida. Your Dad must be a history buff himself. His presence adds flavor to the journey itself. Enjoy your time with your Dad. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome! Born and raised at Fort Lauderdale. This Floridian loves that you are touring around this beautiful sunshine state and sharing it to all of us 🌴☀️
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your Florida adventure with us. You are so fortunate to create memories with your dad. You are a great narrator.
My husband and I worked in Everglades National Park. And the vultures can destroy a car very quickly. The tarps don't help much. And will shred a convertible top in no time. Hope you enjoyed tge Everglades!!! I managed Flamingo Marina for years and I loved the beauty of the glades. The manatees were my favorite.
Watched this video yesterday after the Route 66 one. You and your Pops have such a great relationship, and you seem to enjoy each other's company. You guys are truly making great memories together. Love your videos.
This is so crazy. Just weeks before I crossed the continent to bucket list Route 66, you release that video. Then just DAYS after booking my first tip to the Keys in over a decade, you put out this! You and your pops are an AMAZING travel duo! You have such fun chemistry and I love seeing the country with you two just before I make my own travels following your footsteps! I really love this video. You and your pops are so lucky to have this time to travel together! Since you've done an amazing job researching all the different places, I'm just going to follow your itinerary when I visit Miami and Key West next week! Keep up the good work!
What a pleasure to see these places. I’m home bound and I’ve always wanted to go to Key West, Miami and the Everglades. Dry Tortuga was incredible. You researched your trip so well-all the museums, parks and eateries. Very well put together. Your voice is relaxing to listen to. Thanks for taking us with you and your Pops!
Been watching some of your videos and really enjoy them. My mother is currently suffering the end stages of cancer and it keeps me close to her. Can't go traveling and it's been long time due. I like how you have such a good bond with your dad, that's very special and more so as you share these awesome adventure together. My husband and I have been camping every year out at Fort Jefferson for 13 years we take the ferry and all our gear for the 3 nights and four days they allow. It is a paradise.
Notice how clean everything is! No homeless being allowed to camp on the streets not that Florida doesn’t have homeless but see what legalization of drugs has done. Video I watched before this was San Diego California .what a vast contrast. Florida is doing something RIGHT!
I grew up in miami on Biscayne Bay and the Julia Tuttle Causeway ( beach-airport) My mother often took us to the glades back when (the 50s) all they had was primitive boardwalks and Purple Gallinules would eat from our hands. Fairchild Garden was not overly developed then. Entrance was free and I spent a lot of time there just wandering or sitting and reading a book. Miami, then, was a wonderful place to grow up. This was like a trip home. Thank you.
Been to the Keys several times. I love it. Spent 5 nights in the tortugas camping over new years 1999-2000. One of my favorite trips ever! Great video as always!
I love all of your videos. You bring the true visitor to the area, stopping and enjoying the tourist spots on the way. Viscaya and Venitian pool were my favorite places as a kid. I grew up in the then western edge of Miami when Bird Road ended across a bridge into farm land then into the eastern edge of the Everglades. Many weekends were spent in the Glades enjoying nature until development started draining the swamps I grew up in. All those places you're visiting are wonderful, but what's more exciting is seeing you and your dad traveling together. You'll always look back on those times and see how much fun you had with your Dad. Love your travels.
We are traveling to Miami and Key West next month and stumbled across your video by accident. It's soooo informative, I took several notes and now have our "must-do" list. Thank you! And how amazing to do this with your Dad, what a blessing!
This is one of my most favorite of your adventures simply because I live here in South Florida and never gone to most of these national parks but I was so happy and taken back in my memories of been in beautiful key west. I wish I was there with you and pops. I'm glad y'all enjoyed yourself.

God bless.. love y'all
I admired the loving relationship that you're having with your dad ❤❤❤❤❤ very cute , adorable and fantastic memories. Your dad can walk sooooo much during your Utah trip. Hope you and your dad continue to have many more love memories traveling together. God bless you and your dad 🙏 in good health and longevity.
I'm enjoying the blow-by-blow coverage of your videos and I love your father; he's such a great sport.
One of the best talent on UA-cam. Enjoyed it.
I love that you spend so much time with your dad. I love watching your videos
Amazing Video!
Many Thanks!
Beautiful Florida
Highly agree with Pop's description of gator
A beautiful video . I am happy you went with your dad!
Thanks for this super quality video and the informative and interesting narrative:)

11:49 Knowing Florida, the rule is "you may wrestle the gators, but only during gator wrestling hours. Waivers are in the main office" 😆
