    I do LTL the whole reason I don’t start a UA-cam channel is because I’m positive I could easily get fired. I love my job. I love my field and it’s a darn good living.

    This a unspoken topic, currently work for estes....videos can and will get you fired depending on if it's on company property, consider slander, filming while on the clock, and one of the biggest, showing personal/customer info

    Well said brother, going to CDL school here in 2 weeks and was thinking I'd make a channel my self. This definitely adds a new perspective, checking out the part 2 now. Godspeed.

    I drive for Airgas. I also have a dog breeding program with online content related to it. Last month a manager asked me how long I’d been breeding. 😮 I’m a super low key guy, so I was blown away that someone I never shared this with knew.

    This is very interesting.. long before I started trucking I was a cable technician back in nyc.. in 2014 I got in trouble for posting a pic of me doing cable work on my ig.. and I don’t know how my manager found out because my ig was private and I didn’t think any of my coworkers would have rat me out since we were all friends.. but over the years I’ve learned not to accept any friend request through coworkers and I leave it as that cause it was just crazy how I lost that position I was good at.. anyway it give me the push to get my cdl and I have moved on since .. been keeping lowkey to myself and don’t let anyone in my business work related

    Have a question about owner operator jobs. For those drivers who own their own truck and lease their business through a company, hauling company trailers, who pays for the cat scale usage when weighing the truckload? The driver or the company?
    Same question for those in the refrigerated division. How do you buy truck fuel and DEF out of your own pocket and use a company expense for buying reefer fuel all at the same time on one app? Even though I can't be a trucker myself at this time, I've always been really curious on how that works.
    Excellent content by the way. 👏 Loving your channel.

      Make sure you keep extra rolls of paper for your printer. Also, make sure your chargers for both handheld device and printer are in good working order before leaving the DC. If you’re doing bulk delivery, make sure your load is secure before leaving DC. Pallets wrapped tightly & load bars or straps used properly. Make sure you have all of the necessary equipment and or tools (EJack, hand truck, shrink wrap, etc) that you need before leaving DC. Keep a good attitude. Customers tend to treat you better when they like you. It helps you get checked in a little quicker as well..sometimes. God bless & stay safe 🙏🏾💪🏾

    Trust nobody in this game...even especially coworkers. You never know who's watching what you do. Not everyone is in your corner. Somethings need not be shown or heard of online. The safest advice is punch the clock , go home and stay sucker-free.

    I understand you a company guy and man but advising people to not share there experiences is scared and brother it’s trucking there are so many jobs this not some desk office you find something else

    • @imanthonytv
      @imanthonytv  Місяць тому +1

      Nobody has to take my advice. It’s not for everyone and I understand that. I stated in the video that people can do whatever they want to do. It’s nothing wrong with sharing your experiences. However, the point of the video was to remind people to be smart and understand the policies companies have in place before posting things online related to their jobs. If they are W2 employees. Not putting all of your company business online has nothing to do with being scared my brother. It’s called being smart. Knowing what to say, how to say it, & when to say it makes all the difference in the world. Sure there are a plethora of trucking jobs out there. If the mindset is “hey I’ll say whatever and just find something else” then cool. Go for it. Is the person going to go online and upload a video every time they have a bad experience working for a company? What type of reputation will they be creating for themselves? What potential relationships and or opportunities could they be damaging due to their online display of acting on emotions in the moment? It’s much deeper than just sharing an experience in my view.
