Arvada CO is a DANG fantastic place to live! Before you pull the trigger on buying a home here though, do you know the CONS? Jefferson Parkway, the converted plutonium site, a neighborhood built over an old mining site, where the flood zones are, and more.
Olde Town Arvada, the abundant open space, and the proximity to the foothills outweighs all of these for a lot of savvy Coloradans. Which camp will you be in?
