Finally!
I have finally finished part one of this process. There is so much work that goes into setting up a DTF printer; but in my opinion, the first and most crucial step is finding the perfect table! After searching for a few weeks, I found the perfect table and then I was able to unbox and set up the new DTF Printer. Even though I will be using the ink that came with the printer, I have decided to stick with the Welacer Film and Powder.

Tomorrow afternoon it will premiere.
The ink button on the printer is for cleaning that way you don’t have to turn on your laptop every time you want to do the maintenance. Just hold it down for five seconds, and he starts doing the maintenance by itself

Girl, I’m nervous right along with you. But, I must say that you’re doing so well with the setup process that you don’t even seem nervous about it. You’re such a smart young lady. I would have had to take those two months learning about the printer before I even removed the contents from the crate. I’m such a chicken. 😂

Can I also tell you that the Waste tank, those little towels that they sent you you fold them put one on the bottom of the waste tank and don’t allow the tube to touch the ink or tissue it has to be all the way in the top so it won’t return dirty ink Inside the printer

You can do it! Setup is the hardest part.
The one with the ink is a blessing because if you’re not going to print that they just turn it on press the button, let it to its thing, turn it back off and you don’t have to worry about clogging the white ink

Do you get white ink issues? I have this same one and I cannot get my white under base to print properly. It prints very thin even when set to 100. Driving me crazy.

I would say no because this one only goes up to A3. I don't have the roll feeder.

Do you have a video detailing the difference between sublimation and DTF other than one is direct and one is printed on a sheet. I guess my question is what is the beneficial difference in the two.
Definitely too much to type. With sublimation you are limited to using white/light colored polyester. With DTF there is no limit.

I am definitely going to do some follow-up. They recommend daily maintenance. I usually do every other day.
Hi. Did you turn it OFF or leave it On after you finish your prints.??(( There are 2 bottoms. One push bottom that is in front of it and the red switch behind the printer.)). I hear many people keeping their printer ON.

My printer didn't come with the ink or powder. The description said it would come separately. Do you know when I will get it?
You will probably get an email. I actually received the ink and powder before I received the printer.

do you know if using another type of ink will void the warranty? It seems they are the only ones who sell the ink I need, Its very expensive and I hate having to wail so long to receive it.
I don't think so. I haven't tried using a different kind because I haven't run out yet. Double check on the description from Amazon. How long have you had it?

I love this one! I don't know about the other one you mentioned. So far, I've made about 250 transfers (maybe more) and I still love it. The ONLY downside is that their customer service is in China and the only way to get help is late at night.
mine finally arrived its all set up and I can't install the drivers it don't even say 32 or 64 bit anymore. I load up both drives the manual and the rip software but I don't see it anymore. please help me I downloaded WhatsApp on my phone and the laptop. but I still can not find dsv support.

I can not find a Tech Support number to call. Can anyone help me. My RIP software worked then printer didnt now the printer software is finally downloaded and now Rip isnt working
When that happens, I re-install the software. Look for them in the app called Whatsapp

I have an L1800 DTF Printer and it has been printing fine. All of a sudden, the colors are not printing correctly, i.e. gray is printing green or blue, gold is printing yellow and brown is printing green. Is there some setting that I need to change? Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks!
If you have this model, they are going to suggest that pull the waste away from the waste tank, pull ink away from each color, and do a print head cleaning.

Just found your video and considering purchasing this printer. Do you find it is worth the purchase?
In my opinion, you only need a DTF printer if you have a small business and you are planning to use it every single day to produce mass amounts of DTF transfers. If you aren't planning to do that, it would be more cost effective to purchase transfers from a company. These printers have to be used every single day or the ink will get clogged and it is hard to unclog them.

Why did you decide to go with this DTF printer?
It was the cheapest one I could find.

don t buy this crap. i have had to change my white dampers now 3 times they keep getting black in them. replaced it and i have pulled my syringe back 200 times and still no ink flow. biggest pain...
I had the same issue, I’ve continuously contacted the company to see if I can get a print head replacement, to the point where they stopped replying to me and will not do anything about it or offer any kind of part replacement. 0/10 recommend this printer. And now have lost an absurd amount of money since my printer is not usable.
