Dalonda- thank you so so much. I finally figured out what was wrong with mine. The tube was stopped up at the box that holds the white ink on top of the print head. I had to take a needed to it to clear the blockage. It came that way… 🤦🏽♀️ I truly appreciate your videos. They have been so helpful.

My breaker switch off when i had only 16x20 heat press and a 24 in tv on in the room. I am not an electrician. I would love to see how people set up with all their machines. Thank you
I struggle with that because I have so many machines and heat presses. I actually have more than 10 heat presses and if I turn on more than one at a time, my electricity with power off in my craft room. I am in the process of upgrading and I will keep you posted on that.
Hi! I made the decision to purchase this printer and so far it’s pretty awesome! However, I’m having a challenge with my white ink outlining my image/letters. Customer service is up and down and there isn’t a designated group via social media to ask your DSV DTF Printer questions. Hope this reaches who it needs to reach 😅

Can you do a video creating a design and transferring to rip using white...when I create a design that uses white after pressing it is almost transparent. I have wasted almost an entire ink bottle trying to print white letters, for a black hoodie for my daughter. Thank you

Hi Delonda, thanks for the video. Becareful leaving the back button on. I did that and I had to replace my white ink circulating pump after a few months because it failed and kept pumping white ink all over my desk. Granted I have a printer from a different manufacturer.
So thankful for these DTF videos! You have gotten me through some bumps along the way with my DTF journey. Especially with the time zone difference for customer service. So again thank you 🙏. Do you know if you can change the measurement settings for the grid on the rip software ? Instead of mm it would be so much easier for me to use inches 🤭. By the way you are the reason I decided to go with this Brand of printer (I got the blue one). I was going with pro-colored at first but instead decided to go with DSV. ❤

I feel like I actually started selling shirts using DTF, it would be cheaper after the initial investment than buying DTF prints, waiting on shipping etc. Depending on where you buy them, it can cost about $15 a print.
Oh, that's tough! If you don't have a DTF printer, the hack is fine. The only thing with the hack is that you won't have any white ink in the image. Also, it is hard to achieve good results with dark fabric.
Delonda! Can you show me a design that has a light color in it and a dark and show me the results compared to actual? im having a hard time with colors! If there's a dark orange and a light orange only one color comes out right! if I change settings to fix it it fixes one but not the other. Im going insane. Also what ink and pet film you use as well as if there are any icc profiles for them? thank you so much!

Im waiting for a third one. Hope it works because I know it’s going to be a problem to return. Total was $4,000. Im in tears every night not being able to use this printer. Waiting for 3rd motherboard 😢
Oh no! I'm sorry you feel that way. Think about this way, there really isn't a printer that has software that allows you to create images (except Sawgrass) to my knowledge. I have 4 other printers and I don't create images in the printer software. I usually create in Canva or download images from Creative Fabrica.
I have this same machine and my white does not show up white on my dark shirts. I have used the black powder they suggested and that was a bad idea because it made it look grey. Whatever color shirt i am using it will come out that color. Such as, red will make it look pink and a purple shirt will make it look lavender. I have my white turned up to 100% and the colors are on 80 like they told me but nothing is working. Can you help or do you have an answer for me...Pleeeeeeeease!!!
Same thing was happened with my mashine,I have been contacting through What’s App and they gave me some advice,but it doesn’t work,after then they do by themselves through “any desk”and now it’s working pretty good,I’m very thankful to customer service.
My dsv printer is not feeding the film, can't get in contact with seller which I brought through Amazon, do you have a number? Is your main roller a full circle? Mine is not for the film feed

During the curing, I just let the image sit under the heat until the powder is melted.

Oh no! Mine is a sheet feeder, I don't have one with a roller. I contact them through whatsapp and the information is on their Amazon page.

You mean computer? You don't have to have a dedicated computer, that's just what I chose to do since I had to turn off the security.

Only if you have a small business and you will use it every single day. Otherwise, I recommend purchasing DTF transfers.
Too much work unless a bigger business best to just order the dtf prints works out cheaper and better

You can also do your own DTF with your inkjet printer and the powder which is ideal for personal use
