Where and when did the "Nifty Fifty" expression started to be used ? If it was in the early period where DSLR only had APSC sensors, then it makes sense ! I will say the a "nifty fifty" is great for APSC format Cameras, but not for full frame Cameras !

Nice review! Do you think a firmware update could fix the laggy autofocus (AF) of the lens? I mean, in a future update 😀
I just tested a new lens in the same series and the AF on that lens was great. So they should be able to bring it up on the 56mm to hopefully.
