I am not a runner, but I love oofos. I have been wearing them since I had foot surgery they are like walking on clouds.

I’ve worn Crocs for years. On a recent trip to Disney World I saw the Oofos at the shoe store in Disney Springs, I had to try them. Immediately I was sold! I have lower back and knee issues, not only were they super comfortable, but they actually made me feel like my feet, ankles, knees, hips and lower back were in proper alignment. The way they cradled my feet made me stand straighter and distributed my weight ( which we won’t discuss) more evenly across my feet. Some shoes have made me feel as though all my weight is on the heel or ball of my foot. I told the sales clerk they were a warm hug for my feet. Love my Oofos adjustable slides!
"Warm hug for my feet" is one of the best ways to describe them. They're just so inviting and comfortable to step into!

@@iRunOnBeer I'm sure so! :) I'm in Hawaii and am marveled when I see tourist wearing calf high socks when wearing sandals. I luv them all, except the 'insensitive' ones.
Am not a runner, but do walk a lot of 5K’s. I have Morton’s neuroma in one foot and was having an incredibly hard time finding a sandal that would help alleviate pain. A friend of mine is a hockey player and recommended the Oofos Bauer Sport Flex. I got them and they’re amazing. My foot genuinely feels better within 8-10 minutes of wearing them. It’s insane. I bought a second pair and leave them in my car now. 👍🏻
Am admittedly curious to try the HOKA 3 slides as I’ve heard good things, but these Oofos are hard to top. Great looking too.
Glad to hear you're finding relief! And I'm right there with you. I thought about trying something new, but after sampling a few options in the store, I just felt like they couldn't top the Oofos.
So these run a little big? I'm a 11.5 should I size down or up? Thanks for the review, I've a slide addiction apparently, I'm finally admitting. These look to be something I need, lol.
I wear a 10.5 in most shoes, but got a size 10 for the slides and they fit perfect!
I stopped in a running shoe store while on vacation and needed slides. Was not happy to pay $80 for slides. Am so stoked I did. They are the most comfortable slide I've ever owned. I hate wearing shoes now. Lol
The biggest downside with Oofos is that it ruins every other shoe for you 😆
Hi what size are you wearing of these oofos slides?
I have a US size 10, EU size 43. I typically wear a US 10.5 in my running shoes.
Soft is never good for your feet , ankle will roll inward
I feel like this is ignoring a lot of factors. While I imagine walking around in soft shoes all day everyday would likely yield negative results. The pros of occasional usage greatly outweigh the cons with me. Especially when it's relatively easy to compensate for any "ankle instability" with light strength and balance work.
