Well explained 👏👏👏👏. Thank you so much for sharing this important topic with us ... When I learnt during class lecture , all these cardiac enzymes were revolving around my head ..I don't even understand how it released as act as cardiac biomarker. But in exam when this question was asked , I wrote what is know from listening lecture but at last my mark was satisfactory.. So ,not to repeat this mistake again ,I wanted to learnt myself from your video.. This video is really helpful for me ❤️ Once again thank you so much.. Hope you post the more videos like this 💖🌿
My brothers trop t test was -49 ng/gm got severe chest pain and sufferd a lot and got open heart surgery at narayana hospital karnaaka bommachandra and now he is fine.
I went to the hospital a week after a suspected heart attack. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2014 and have been told I have to live with pain, thats why I ignored it for so long. I had 3 ECGs that were normal but my troponin level was 3784 ng/ml. After an angioplasty I was told there was no damage to my heart. I recently met a lady whose level was 25000. Please can anyone give me an explanation for the high elevation and no damage.
Ok you are giving information but you can't answer my question that was open to anyone reading the comments. I asked one question once and you replied. Your ignorance and bad manners ensures I won't watch anything else on this channel.
@@amirthalingamraja3164 thank you for asking. I don't know my current levels but generally I'm OK when I do things slowly due to arrhythmia and low blood pressure. The little research I've done made me wonder if some people have higher levels of light in their DNA. I'm not a scientist and don't understand much about biological chemistry. It's complicated.
So it means, this method can not be used to detect early heart problems without any symthom as usually so many people didn't have the symthom to be checked. Is it correct?
Yeah for early detection High sensitivity cardiac troponin test is preferred over this standard test Cause it is highly sensitive to even a small amount of protein present. Thus, it is very useful in detecting early stage of cardiac damages. It is preferred more than the standard test now. I hope i could clear your doubt from my knowledge

Merci pour ce beau contenu docteur, s'il vous plaît nous avons besoin d'une traduction en français svp
Excellent explanation
Can we make sensors to detect troponin?
Excellent explanation sir
Please be aware that cTnT is not cardiac specific. It can also be released by diseased skeletal muscle.
Excellent. Lecture .... Y E S ... 👏
