- After being diagnosed with a degenerative muscle disease called Inclusion-Body Myositis, Peter Frampton says he is recording as much music as possible and is gearing up to participate in an experimental drug trial.

In my teenage years I hung out in the garage with my dad and we jammed Frampton Comes Alive many many nights. Amazing album

1st concert I ever saw at MSG was Frampton and he was an amazing musician & performer !!!
I'm so sorry you're going thru this. 2 1/2 years ago I played a New Years Eve gig, in March after the show I started falling downstairs or just walking and getting tremors that started in my right foot and go up thru my guts and down my left leg,after a few months of testing my doctor got me into Cleveland Clinic and they sent blood to the Mayo Clinic and I've got NMO. I use a walker now and can't hold a drum stick in my left hand. There are less than 3500 cases in the country. I'm 68 years old, so play your ass off Peter and I hope to see you in Detroit, God Bless, you are a great talent and an inspiration to all.

Not sure if this is true but back when Frampton Comes Alive was huge. It remained the best selling live album for many many years. That was an album you played front to back.
