As to the debate...the wh folks that I've seen on other places like reddit, telegram, etc have had one general consensus (and question) about it: what did Harris actually say about her plans for America to get better, outside of that she's simply not Trump? It's a very fair question. Because all the left media prop pieces have only been cheerleading the optics of the (3 v 1) debate & how the polls have hardly moved in her favor. They've done no in depth, constructive & convincing pieces about the courage of her convictions in her ideas for the country. To me, that's speaks more American's reality (yes, all of us in this case) than anything else. They've nothing to really tout about this other than "flustering" Trump. And that's not really going to sway any thinking voters at all.
Additionally (again, I'm sorry for my lengthy posts) but she is not good at even cosplaying Black pain in her voice. I've heard wh liberals who have made better speeches about "dreaming" and Black trauma than she did. It was stilted, stiff & very planned sounding. No emotion, as we can FEEL the pain, as well as the intellect & reality, whenever something about us is spoken... especially when it's spoken by us. And she's Not Like Us. I just wanted to add that. Well, I would say that her upbringing with an Indian mother, wearing a bindi, a sari, and the girls schools, being raised in Canada, that she has little in common with African Americans or any Americans who were born and raised in the States. The strict upbringing she had backfired when she met Mr. Brown. It's common for girls to grow up and act out. The fact she never settled down to be a mother says it all to me. Add the bad prosecutor incidents, the poor federal office performance... I don't know what folks see in her. (Well, they say it's her gender, they just want a woman, but that's what got her what she has I guess)
