      @@TheLittleGreenTractor I could add, my wife and I are purchasing our retirement property close to NC Outer Banks. It's 4 acres. After my father in law gets it all cleared out with his dozer, I'll be looking forward to some fun on a yet to be purchased 1025R.

    Nice job Dash! Quite a testament for how much work the 1025R can do while being run by a skilled operator.

      Hi Frank! Thanks! This little tractor never seizes to impress me. One day I may upgrade to a larger tractor, but this one definitely has enough power to do most everything I put in front of it. Thanks for commenting and have a great day!

      Thanks again, Jim! You're always such a great supporter of the channel and I sure appreciate your comments, even if its about the infamous pucker factor haha! Hope you're doing well my friend.

    Cool project. You may want to try a land plane for finish grading. Use the bucket and box blade for the rough grade and the land plane for the finish. Works a LOT faster and does a better job of leaving a FLAT level surface. Think of it as a grade averger (if that's a word).

    good job...sure it takes time to do that kind of work, id done something similar many years ago and planning out what you did was key....

      Hey thanks a bunch William! I appreciate that. The planning was certainly the most important thing. I'm glad you recognized that. Thanks for your comments!

    Hi Dash, Mike and I are new subscribers. This is an awesome video....a job well done! We are planning to buy a grapple. We had decided on one, or so we thought, until we saw yours LOL. We really like your grapple. Looking forward to your grapple review. Your reviews are very clear and detailed. Thanks for a great video!

      Hi Nancy! Great to hear you and Mike are new subscribers! I appreciate you support and engagement! I'm also happy I can be of good influence on your grapple purchase. I think you will be pleasantly satisfied with the AV20f. I've gotten a TON of great use of it and haven't had one issue. I'm glad you are liking the videos and are finding them helpful so far. Have a great day!

    GREAT to see someone know how to properly use a loader & drive. Very refreshing. Curious to know, what kind of fuel consumption were you seeing working as seen in the video?

    • @TheLittleGreenTractor
      @TheLittleGreenTractor  4 роки тому +1

      Fuel consumption is really low. This whole project maybe took not even a full 5 gallon tank of diesel. Fuel cost was maybe $10. These little tractors are very fuel efficient for the power!

    About how much do you price something like this? Or generally how do you calculate your pricing for jobs.

    Do you have any issues with the 5ft? Thinking of a box blade or land plane and getting the right size. Have a long road to maintain and a parking area similar to yours
    Thanks for sharing Dash, enjoyed the video and nice work!

    • @TheLittleGreenTractor
      @TheLittleGreenTractor  3 роки тому

      Hi Don! No issues with the 5ft other than when it gets completely full of material, I have to revere about an inch before I can lift it fully with the 3 point hitch. The 3 point just doesn’t have enough power to lift the box blade when it’s full. Definitely recommend the 5ft over the 4ft. Thanks for asking!
