@Zerkaaplays Next time you do a Football Manager video make sure you check the box that says disable attribute masking in the game setup screen to see the attributes of the players.

i think fifa 18 and before your players in manager mode couldnt even gain composure, and they didnt get it to people on FUT for special cards until 18 or 19, messed up game
Because on fifa your controlling your players so it’s your composure not the player 😭😭😂

In FM 2007 there was a youngster from Turkey who became just like this player. 20 in nearly every stat. The only problem was that he was stuck at Right Back, and refused to join my team so I could train him up as a winger or CM instead. Stayed at Galatasaray almost through his entire career and only jonined Milan in his 30's. So wasteful.

Ever thought of putting max value to everything will not make you to the best player? Choose the more offensive positions and then max the stats related to the position. Say if you choose CF/SS, you do NOT increase DEF-related stats to max. Focus on his main position stats and it'll have a much bigger impact on the player, for sure. Good luck.

How about you install the 22 division England domestic football mod and do a race to the Champions League with 4 clubs from the very bottom division - all of whom you will have made billionaires.
When you put loyalty at 20 they wont move clubs much, if not at all, especially once they're at a big team with money
Please make a full team of perfect players with 20 loyalty in a bottom division team and see how good there career is

I've thought about making a team called Shithouse FC with physical stats all at 20 and everything else at 1 and seeing if I can get out of the BSN/S. It's to test my theory that only physical stats really matter in the lower leagues.

I think having all 20's might confuse the A.I especially when you have so many Natural positions. I would try combing 3 or 4 of the most commonly used striker roles and maxing those out and making the other stats 10-13s or so. Essentially making Messi.

already tried it, they lost all their revenue because people cancelled their sky due to scottish football being shit.
Would be neat if you have the dude only one good position like striker, also would be neat to have a low loyalty and then to see what is max value plus total transfer costs would be
