Theo is the kind of guy that seems like he lays it all out there, and says "Am I being unfair? Is there something I need to change? Am I hurting someone?" without a hint of attitude. Genuinely saying "This is what is in my head, it may be how I was raised or what I was told, so give me a different perspective to see it from."
Its all in the spirit of both comedy, and personal growth on his personal end. Unless he's bullshitting all of it, who knows.
He has a good soul for sure. He seems like the kind of dude that would go out of his way to help you if shit was going sideways for you.
