Alright, absolutely beautiful, and a few things I loved of this tour, first thing that popped out to me were those blue tones; what a way to be able to fall asleep in the Owner's Suite with that light blue back drop, oo wee what a treat, and the dark blue in the room upstairs, so eye catching. Second, I like the conversation you were having with us Victoria about what you would do in that space. Third, but never least, wonderful meeting your partner she did a great job, I really enjoyed her presentation as well, and golden seeing how you both get on together, way to go Boss Queens, and may that grow and remain strong 🙌🏽🙏🏽💃🏽🙌🏽. Why do builders put the Formal Dining Room at the Entrance. I thought Formal Dining Rooms are at rear of the house next to the kitchen.
Great question..I have noticed that with modern homes; this has become quite popular. But there are still options where you will find the formal dining closer to the kitchen.

It’s lovely house. All I can think of is how much it would cost me for air conditioning. Yuk, I would rather be water boarded than live in Charlotte (again). Of course, if one can afford a million dollar house, that may not be an issue. As well, one would want to send the children to a private school. Charlotte-Meck schools are generally substandard.

Because of the current market here in Charlotte this house is overpriced, pick this house & place it in TX & this a $700k home even with the basement. Plus a 7% interest rate you’re over paying .
Yea I can see that..A lot of the homes in developing parts of Texas definitely have attractive price points. Great for investing
