Is it foreshadowing or the biggest coincidence in manga history that Tenten's biggest L came from getting folded over Temari's fan, yet the thing that could potentially cement her greatness is her being able to pick up a fan and use it?
Yup she could use Temari's fans at full power, the moment she picks up a weapon she knows how to use it. Ten-Ten lost because she was still a child.

If Tenten was a Senju, it would also help explain her drive to be a great kunoichi, specifically like "Lady Tsunade." Even before Tsunade became the Hokage, while she was out drinking and gambling, Tenten wanted to emulate the Senju princess. It would make more sense if there was a sense of familial lineage she was trying to connect with, as oppose to Tenten being, " Tsunade was a strong ninja in the village that abandoned it just before the 3rd great war. I want to be like her."

She wants to be more like the most powerful woman she knows who was renowned for her medical actions during the war, whose the closest to royalty the village has, was part of the legendary sannin and is still kept in high regard at her lowest point, it doesnt need to make more sense than already does
How many well known powerful female ninja in konoha past or present does she actually have to admire and look up to
It only makes no sense if you ignore all her achievements and recognition she gained

It also makes sense because if she wanted to be like Lady Tsunade why wouldn't she have tried to be a healer? I would at least expect her to have a med kit and know a lot of first aid even if she didn't have the control for it. But if she made the connection that the Senju used to be great with weapons then she could say she wanted to be like a strong senju without meaning the healing part.
@@QueenViolet5 There's a filler episode where she tells Guy how she wants to be like Tsunade right after joining the team and he tries to help her with learning healing, but she was just terrible at it.
Don't forget TenTen was one of the few people to realize she was in the Infinite Tsukuyomi and try to break out. I know it was filler but I was still impressed.

The amount of content that this man has been able to create off Naruto is insane. I commend his imagination. I generally don't think Kishimoto thought this deep but the ability to aid in bringing the Naruto world to life is unique

its possible that her potential was simply untapped. she was on a team with Lee, who had Gai as his full time private tutor, and Neji, who learned everything from his own clan. she didnt have much, if any, one on one training tailored to her needs. she was literally team Guys water girl. the one episode we see Guy actually take an interest her, her power jumps considerably, so who knows where her upper limit was. her ability to immediately master any weapon or pull anything she needed out of a scroll (a ladder, an iron tortoise shell, a huge amount of seawater) definitely gives senju vibes
That part was definitely what I honed in on. She was unmatched in her ability for versatility. She was only limited by the function of her weapons, and yet, she was still doing pretty well. If she had specialized training, she would UNDOUBTEDLY be one of the most interesting and noteworthy characters, able to seal at least 2 elements (water and fire itself has a fuinjutsu formula for it) and quite literally being able to pull anything out she needed.
Had she focused on Taijutsu, being on a team with Lee, along with her ranged abilities she would have been unstoppable until the massive power ups of the main characters AND THEN supremely useful once more when everyone gained to ability to absorb chakra at once. She could have been a monster with an interesting arsenal but… He sucks SO GODDAMN BAD at writing women

If Tenten was born in Kirigakure, she would have been considered the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist's breakout stars. It was a massive missed opportunity, and it sucks that circumstances like the village she was born in, prevented her from reaching her full potential. I know its a meme that "Tenten is strongest character ever". But honestly, she could have legitimately been one of the strongest, but got dealt a bad hand
It's funny because realistically she is still one of the village's strongest ninja. She still is the only person, aside from probably Naruto if he tried, capable of using those legendary weapons. Plus considering those giant maces she swings around and given she trained on the Leaf's most taijutsu centered squad growing up, her physical strength should be through the roof for a normal ninja if she had more close range focus. Not saying she knows any gates, but I figure if she boxed someone or fought with a close range weapon more often, we'd see her shine. Unfortunately a lot of that has to be left as "it makes sense she would be able to" since well... There's not a lot of canon to go off of. Not that she's an exception amongst the 13 though...
@@MagillanicaLouM Yeah, given how insane Might Guy's training can be, I imagine Tenten is definitely exceptionally strong compared to the average human, who isn't part of an illustrious bloodline or was trained by legendary figures. And using the Treasured tool is kinda of an insane feet, that if any main character did that, would be mentioned constantly. The fact its overlooked because it's Tenten is kinda disrespectful

It's like the Human Z Fighters, objectively, they are probably amongst the strongest warriors in their universe, stronger than most aliens, which is a massive and impressive feat when you consider the fact that they are still regular humans who mastered ki. But because they are in the constant presence of literal gods, they seem unimpressive by association. Saiyans are pretty much built for fighting, they are just naturally stronger than a lot of species and their potential is basically infinite, and unfortunately for the humans, they are teammates with the prodigious pinnacle of that race. And then you have Piccolo who is the strongest Namekian who has ever existed. Like how do you even compete?
Tenten is a character full of missed opportunities. I would love to see her with a summon like Enma which can turn into an expanding weapon. Or any of the swords of the mist.

People sleep on tenten cause of her lack of screen time. When you think about it though she is the Naruto batman. Her scrolls are a utility belt essentially. She is also the most ninja out of all of them. Actual ninja only used random tools so leave poor girl be.
I like to think of her as the Emiya Shirou of the Naruto world. Really good at EXACTLY one thing (handling tons of weapons, at that), and just mastering that one thing to an insane degree. Except the only difference is she isn't the main character, and so her potential suffers for it.
We see the same thing in reverse, where Black Star from Soul Eater is basically the Naruto of that series, but not the main character, so less attention is paid to him and his growth is a bit hindered as a result. Tenten just got the most extreme version of that. At least Black Star was one of the main three.

I don’t think Tenten’s power or lack thereof is a hit against this theory. Remember, Obito was kind of a flop before getting his mangekyo and wood release. Lineage doesn’t always equal power.

I’m a fan (no pun intended) of Tenten and think her wielding the Bashōsen is an awesome moment, but I think it might be more likely as a Journey to the West reference than a hint to her lineage. In the novel, Kinkaku and Ginkaku aren’t the only characters to wield a mighty banana leaf fan. There’s also Princess Iron Fan, who wields a fan so powerful it can create a whirlwind capable of stopping volcanic eruptions. Given Tenten’s Chinese-inspired hair and outfits, I wouldn’t be surprised if this just another one of Kishimoto’s many sly allusions. That being said, it could certainly be both!
Another point towards Tenten's potential; when you look at a common habit in the Leaf, a thing they like to do for picking teams when they graduate is putting the lowest scoring Genin together with the highest scoring male and female of the class. Now it isn't a guaranteed thing and we do not see many people from their graduating year, but I feel it is extremely safe to say Lee was the bottom of his class during their graduating year. Which also lines up for Neji being the highest grade male in their year. That would mean that Tenten was the highest of the female students in their class, correct?

Wasn't she the only one of the konoha 13 that knew who tsunade was before she returned to the hidden leaf? I remember her saying that she wanted to be like her at some point. Might have been when team guy were introducing themselves to each other, cut off by rock lee and his "splendid ninja" shouting.
I believe Tenten is strong but nerfed in the story. Heck she can teleport thousands of weapons and even tons of water in her scrolls. If she carried tons of paper bombs in those teleport scrolls she can be a budget Deidara or Konan and can rain down explosive tags to wipe out everyone in the battlefield. Paper bombs unlike explosive clay can't be countered by lightning release. If she can carry water, she can carry acid mist (and fight like Mei) or poison gas and fight like Sasori. In fact, if tenten would carry poisoned needles, she can also be a budget sasori.
If it wasn't for the fact she was a ninja in Konoha, and for that matter not even a main character, I would legitimately believe Tenten could have potentially been capable of wielding all 7 Swords of the Hidden Swordsmen of the Mist. Tenten Senju of The 7 Swords would be really cool.
If Tsunades brother was even close to the power of Hashirama or Tobirama, he wouldn’t have died when he did…. Even the main bloodline is noticeably weakened…. Cannon accepted

You also have to remember that Tenten was also fighting in the war before that so she wasn't at her full strength when she did that she didn't have as much chakra as when she first started fighting in the war

Just speaking about Tenten in general, she deserved to have a weapon that was unique to her (starting as a Genin). Asuma had his chakra blades, Hayate had the moonlight sword, and Might Guy has been shown using nunchucks.
One Naruto Outro showed Tenten using a Bo Staff training against Naruto. I think we could do better than that, but it's a start.
Personally, I'd let it stay a Bo staff, the trick would be that she made it to be a trick weapon. She can add any head to the end to make it a maul, spear, glaive, naginata, what have you. Have it break into a three section staff, and maybe even have the end open into a short sword. The entire point would be that it looks like a simple weapon only for it to become way more in the hands of master of many weapons. Heck, maybe make the end expel chakra so that this is what makes the heads.

If Senju sucsesfully disolved their genes in the pool of Konoha, that would mean that Tenten is not weakest because she's a Senju, but because shes *only* a Senju. Other ones, like Nara, Yamanaka, Akimichi, Aburame have both chakra of Senju and techniques of their clans.
Tenten may be the weakest one in the Konoha 13, but that still means she's stronger than like 99% of the Leaf

As one of the rare few to say Tenten is their favs (yes we exist). It's good to finally see her not be slandered.
She has a decent amount of feats behind her other than just handling weapons too. Let's not forget that she as a chuunin was in charge of making sure the entire shinobi alliance was geared because her scroll sealing skills were top notch. Or the fact that she and Itachi among the best marksman Konoha has ever seen. Oh and if we go by filler Neji only became a jonin because she summoned a chakra blade and saved Gaara and Fū.
Imagine during the 4th war if Tenten used rising twin dragons with Minato's special kunai, while Itachi does his shuriken-jutsu to spread the kunai across the battlefield. Allowing Minato to blitz harder than the great 3rd.
tbh, I really like Tenten and wished she was used more in the series... I like her techniques, but what I love about her concept is "She never missed"... but so far, we can't see that in battle and in reality, the only reason she doesn't miss is that, she bombards everything with projectiles... lol

In an anime filler, there was a lightning sword, basically a lightsaber that was said to have belonged to the second hokakge, it took Naruto's rasengain and Sasuke's chidori to break it, if Might Guys team had been sent on that mission and Tenten obtained it from the rogue nin who had it she could have been the start of the Leaf' s version of the seven swordsmen. Would also loved to see her create legendary weapons on the scale of the swords of the mist

You know it would have been kinda poetic in a way to have something like "The world is paceful enough for something like a weapons shop to not be needed and a senju to be weak and the rent be her biggest worry" but for that the story would have needed to end in Naruto with just an epilogue. Maybe Tenten is like Shino, a character that was set up for something but the story ended up evolving in a way where it just never came to be, i mean its not like Naruto lacks set ups that never pay off.
Gotta say though, man this was one of the most entertaining videos i have seen in a while.
Unlike Shino, Tenten was never relevant to the plot for as far as I remember so I dont think she was getting set up since we never saw glimps of foreshadowing. She's simply a filler character team Guy needed, since a team always need three members. And ofcourse she had to be female since Lee and Neji already are male.
@@michaelshahoe I'll be real, Tenten was not around enough to be set up for anything lol. Still its kinda interesting to think ways in which a character could have been more interesting. To begin with they could have given her some more special weapons or make her the ninja equivalent of batman and always have the tool needed for the situation but she was an unpopular character so she appeared less leaving less time to do anything interesting with her, i call it the uchiha effect where they got so popular and took so much space in the story many characters and concepts got pushed to the side(though i think even without that she would still have been a minor character).

Better to leave it blank than to give it a terrible back story.
Tenten has the potential to be great. she just lacked training and guidance. her jutsu of summoning weapons is near basically the foundation of flying raijin. imagine if she'd developed her taijutsu skills more as she spent a lot of time with lee and neji. and learned flying raijin.

1. Darui used Six path tools *way* more times than 2, however...
2. It's said that *those* tools Can't be used by normal Shinobi not even once because it'll drain their chakra very fast.
3. Meaning Tenten has *better* chakra reserves that even some Jonin, but Darui is totally different beast.
4. Tsunade isn't officially a Senju, we never had her Surname revealed, which makes argument that Tenten also could a senju more plausible not to mention she Looks like Senju with eye and hair color.
5. Tenten also *tried* to become Medical Ninja like Tsunade, but Gave up on it because she lacked Chakra control, which makes it even more impressive that she was able to use Six path tools with, not so great chakra control.

It’s beyond plausible, every clan has their diamonds in the rough (Ie: Jiriaya’s clan and Sakumo & Kakashi for the Hatake) so Tenten could be one of the less impressive members of the Senju that’s been spread about the village. Also still subscribe to the idea that Tobirama is Sakumo’s father explaining why a no name clan suddenly gained generational Kage-Level power
i agree with you but don't underestimate ten ten she was in a team with two taijutsu monsters guy and lee (spark with beast) she s a taijutsu master with experience and with a genius of chakra conrol neji. She also summon an lake or a sea in one chapter. She defeat one of the best ninjas from the rain eventually a pain path. this can show you the amount of chakra she has. Also she specialize in seals fuinjutsu (uzumaki-senju technics). she is a master of it. Agree with this theory full.

I was always under assumption that Tenten has impressive amount of chakra, and that using Hagoromo's fan even twice is an impressive feat. It's just that her chakra control is really bad.
I am still that if Tenten got ahold of the Bashōsen at the beginning of the war she might have been able to use it 5 or 10 maybe 20 times before running out of chakra.

Just to add another point to this theory, when Guy first met his squad and asked them what they wanted to achieve, Neji declined to say Rock Lee wanted to become a splendid ninja and Tenten wanted to become a great kunaichi like Tsunade.
From what I know, Tenten isn't even her actual name. It's a nickname, earned by her perfect accuracy. She's able to to hit the target with any thrown weapon ten out of ten times. I'm not sure we ever got the girl's first name, let alone a sir name.

i'd like to mention 2 things
1: her taijutsu is definietly better than what you suggest, she may not be naturally gifted on that but she had guy as a sensei so she'd have definietly learned a bunch from him
2: you say she's only a genius at at kenjutsu, but she also has a ton of talent at sealing justu, after all she's able to seal a ton of weapons (just look at her special move from the chunin exams, there was like a hundred kunai/other blades) and there's also the episode where she seals a bunch of seawater and then releases them in the sand village chunnin exams, so she's not only good at sealing weapons, she's also good at sealing different elements

I think she has the surname missing because her family didn't want to "embarrass the first" as a family. They, as a family, realized they weren't able to stack up against Hashirama and Tobirama. So they became their own clan.

Bro!! This brings me back to a comment I made on another video about TenTen inheriting that mysterious Hashirama scroll.. Its highly possible that her family or members of her family's past got mixed up with other families and all that.. Its a long shot but possible..
It can also be noted, not everyone in naruto is a shinobi meaning many senju could've married regular people. So imagine your grand father was a senju and you're the first shinobi in 3 generations of your family, you'd have maybe a quarter of that chakra lineage and little to no family name to speak of
What if Tenten was Hashirama's descendant?
Since we're on the topic of lineages, I'd like to bring up a matter that's been bugging me for a whil, and that is the idea of Uzumaki offshoots, or rather what Clans may or may not be descended from the Uzumaki.
I've brought this up many times in passing, and the more and more I think about it, the more convinced I am that there are two particular Clans that probably started as an offshoot of the Uzumaki Clan, and those are the Akimichi Clan and the Aburame Clan.
My basis for this is that both Clans require massive chakra reserves to use their respective Clan jutsu, with the Akimichi actually having to supplement their chakra with fat and calories, but also that their techniques seem to be based off the Jinchuriki. What do I mean by this?
Well the Akimichi being able to change size is obviously like the Jinchuriki going wild and turning into their Tailed Beast, but it's also comparable to a Perfect Jinchuriki being able to be in full control of their Tailed Beast while assuming its form. Same with the Butterfly Mode; it's eerily reminiscent of the Tailed Beast Chakra Cloak and offers a similar level of power. And who better to try and subdue a Tailed Beast or other similar giant creature than an entire family of people who can bare knuckle box and wrestle Kaiju.
As for the Aburame, my argument is that their practice of sticking hives of chakra devouring insects into their children is eerily similar to the process of sealing a Tailed Beast inside of a Jinchuriki, and said chakra-devouring insects could also be a fantastic way of dealing with a Jinchuriki or a Tailed Beast. So if the Akimichi were intended as faux-Bijuu or anti-Bijuu warriors, then the Aburame would be faux-Jinchuriki using more manageable creatures.

I'm assuming that those two Clans specifically may have been offshoots of the Uzumaki because they both have large amounts of chakra as a prerequisite to use even their most basic jutsus, and they have applications that would be incredibly helpful for assisting the Uzumaki in sealing away powerful creatures like the Tailed Beasts, and the Aburame's practice of forming a bond at birth with a hive of parasitic insects is to similar to the practice of creating a Jinchuriki to ignore.
Ninjutsu in Naruto goes back to Hagoromo's teachings of Ninshu, propagating chakra among his followers, and obviously those followers and their descendants, being the only humans capable of using jutsu, became the original ninja clans, and it's evident that many of those clans married into themselves to retain power and knowledge for themselves, meaning most clans have common ancestry dating back to Hagoromo
On that note, I'm pretty sure the Senju and Uzumaki Clans have common ancestry, inheriting the bodies and chakra of Hagoromo from Asura and splitting off later at some point, while the power and eyes passed down the line of Indra into the Uchiha, who remained insular and did not marry outside the Clan to propagate Indra's grudge against Asura's descendents. And of course Homura's line became the modern Hyuuga.

The Senju, Uchiha, Hyuuga, and Kaguya Clans can all trace their lineage back to Kaguya herself through Hagoromo and Homura, and there's a compelling reason to believe that the Uzumaki, who were sandwiched between the Land of Fire where 3 of those clans resided and the 4th in the Land of Water, are also descended from Kaguya on Hagoromo's side because of their immense chakra reserves, vitality, and the knowledge sealing jutsu that gave them a virtual monopoly on the process of creating Jinchuriki, implying they're descendants of Asura.
So with 5 notable clans all being descended from Kaguya, is it really so strange to posit the idea that the Aburame and Akimichi Clans and those clans specifically MIGHT be offshoots of the Uzumaki?
If the whole Senju clan married out of the clan to form Konoha, by the time Tenten was born, as a great...great? Grandkids of the original Senju, I'd be more surprised if she DIDN'T have senju blood in her. Hashirama may have succeeded in turning the Senju clan into the Konoha clan.
And I'm glad you touched on how she may be one if the weakest of the main characters, but that doesn't say a lot compared EVERYBODY ELSE in the series. Just making it through to the third round of the Chuunin exams meant she/her team was stronger than over half the other teams there.

I think a lot of smaller clans are likely Senju descendents. I never really saw TenTen as weak. The fact she could even weild those weapons at all being 'weak' tells me she isn't weak to begin with. She just is from a village with very strong ninja and one that doesn't really heavily on kenjutsu. Even put her into Kumogakure she would have been insanely more powerful.

I like to think that most of the Senju decided to create their own clans and so the Akimichi, Aburame, Inuzuka, Nara and Yamaka were created each specializing in one specific style the Senju used. I'm have no idea if each of these clans existed before so maybe that's it ? I have no idea so it's a little idea I had for some time.
Akimkchi, Nara and Yamanaka clans are stated to have been working together for 13 generations; Tsunade is middle aged by the time of Naruto, and has only 2 generations of separation with Hashirama, which means by the founding of Konoha, those clans were together for 9 generations, so they had been around for at least 200 years before Konoha, coexisting with the Senju at their peak.

What if Himawari will become one of Boruto's main antagonists after the time skip? I dont have any hard evidence to prove it but it could tie into Boruto & Sarada's paths in life, which are similar & different from Naruto & Sasuke.
Sarada is looking to become Hokage like Naruto, but what makes them similar is that being Hokage is their dream, plus they're trying to save their friend. Where they differ is Sarada's a girl & she has her parents.
Boruto is looking to go down Sasuke's route. What they have in common: they have/had siblings. Sasuke had Itachi & Boruto has Himawari (technically Kawaki too). What's also similar is that the perception of the sibling is misguided. Sasuke thinking Itachi was evil but learning he was following konoha's orders could be compared to how Konoha, Himawari included, believes Boruto killed Naruto. This now gives us the perspective of the other Sibling taking on the hatred of the younger one.

As a kid I used to think that Ten-Ten came from a different continent never shown or possibly her lineage was from the Land of Iron, I even thought maybe the Village Hidden in the Clouds as she's all about weapons and so we they. Dunno if you ever look at new comments from old videos, but I think that would be a fun idea to explore.

The Senju founded the village lml and I’m sure you know that, it’s just sounds weird to say “the village” like it’s separate and was orchestrated by the government but they chose to marry into other clans in order to assimilate and promote unity in the village.
Tobirama disbanded the clan after his brother died. It’s not unlikely that the former clan members intermingled with other clans and even citizens probably.
With the villages modeled after actual government systems it's entirely likely that the land of fire not the village alone decided to maximize ninja strength by breeding them with each clan like passing out tailed beast. 🤙 Even the hokage is expected to respond to the national leaders of each land. They only had influence in the hidden villages.
Just the fact that Konoha is filled with diluted Senju blood is such a beautiful thing… Hashirama really had vision. I will consider this theory canon, just coz it makes me happy and TenTen deserves a break

I believe that Minato is a descendant of Tobirama Senju via his mother. Maybe Minato learned FTG at a young age due to his mother’s training him in his grandfather’s jutsu. It would also explain Minato’s massive chakra reserve, fuinjutsu mastery, and senjutsu mastery.

Naruto UZUMAKI went around until he was 16-17 before he found out Minato was his father, the man married to THE ONLY UZUMAKI STILL ALIVE IN KONOHA... not only was she the only Uzumaki, she was also the previous Jinchuriki... and nobody in Narutos friend group pieced that together and told Naruto, and he never figured it out himself... Minato also just looks virtually identical to Naruto..

I'm glad this was brought up as a possibility because I've made comments before regarding where the Senju Clan went after the founding of Konoha. The strong belief in the "Will of Fire" lead the Senju Clan to disband the clan and marry out into other clans to strengthen them and Konoha as a whole and over the course of time, some Senju left the village and laid roots in other lands such as the Cloud Village.

Sora was a pseudo Jinchuriki of Kurama. Imagine a fusion between Minato’s Nine-Tails with Naruto’s Nine-Tails and Sora who also had a piece of the Nine-Tails inside him.

I always thought it was really unfortunate how Ten-Ten was brushed aside while she probably has the most interesting kit that isnt inherited power based.
Like, her specializing in kenjutsu is something we rarely or never seen in the manga aside from briefly with the Samurais and Hayate, both very specifically using katana whereas Ten-Ten is a weapons master.
The few times we see her using her kits, she mixes and matches weapons and tools in such a cool way. SO much lost potential to make something truly unique and different from any other skill set in Naruto.
It's funny how you paint it as how far the Senju has fallen since Tenten is their descendant instead of reconsidering whether Tenten was stronger than what we were able from her.

I think you could just as easily reverse it the senju married into different clans rose the base power of the city, and she's still a genius in one category kenjutsu where the senju were good at everything. So it's a glass half full or empty scenario. I'm more of the mind that she is more powerful than given credit for in her field because we vastly underestimate the average ninjas of konoha because our power scaling is in the realm of God's.

Tenten has perfect accuracy, a mastery of space-time techinques, the potental for puppet usage and in the uncanny ability to master all sorts of weapons the moment she touches them. Not counting how in the hell she has access to ALL those weapons in the first place and seemingly the only one that took to such weapon usage.

Also we need to take in consideration that tenten never declared to become more powerful for the sake of just being more powerful. Her kenjutsu summonings are perfect for supporting her two close range fighters on her team. Pretty sure she's mentioned this in someway. She's filling her role in what she does.
another solid point is that, she was also noted as one of the most accurate ranged characters in the village (at an early age).

Looking at it now even the colour of her uniform in the earlier days of Naruto as a similar look in colour and design to the senju of the past.
Tenten was unlucky that her kit was rendered irrelevant as the series progressed, her focus was on techniques and versatility when the main cast went for power, and she was quite skilful as a kid, at that time she was praised by Guy, she just got against the one character that was her hard counter, she may had had a chance against some minors of the sound or hidden leaf.
She could have definitely defeated Shikamaru, Sakura, and some of the off-village ninjas. Probably would have had a good fight with Kankuro.

What if Tenten's name was literally a representation of her being a derivative of the 1,000 tasks. Ten times ten being a hundred, meaning she retains 1/10th of the Senju ability or something wacky like that. Pfft.
One thing not mentioned that I believe is worth stating is in regard to the colors that are worn by the characters in Naruto. Colors, patterns, and symbols play a lot in connecting characters. Tenten has a strong motif of maroon throughout her outfits. Appearing in or with accents of Maroon, the blush pink worn when younger is arguably the lightened hue of this same Maroon. It most notably was her primary color during Shippuden. During this time, Sakura and Choji also gain red, but it is a much more vibrant hue than that of Tenten's. Though there are other characters outside of the Leaf whose primary character color is Maroon, within the Leaf it is Tenten and Hashirama who wear it. Combined with the Hair color thing that is also very prevalent in connecting family lines I would go further to say that Tenten is from Hashriama's branch of the Senju Clan and not Tobirama.
