The plaintiff’s wife loaned the defendant their car, but the car was towed. The plaintiff is suing for the cost of the car and impound fees. The defendant denies owing anything.

She told him ‘oh yes, honey you can go sleep with other people’… This fool not only did it…but left the house, divorced this lady and is now living with that ‘other person’. Ain’t no way in hell!!! If I got cancer, WE got cancer!

I've learned over time that you just never know (what) is going to appear in Judge Mathis' court. That this case was all about a broken down vehicle that got towed is meaningless compared to the story of how these people got together in the 1st place. I'd feel sorry for the wife because of the cancer, but she knew what she was buying into and was a willing participant.
On a side note: I did not know that a felon could be arrested on a parole violation for playing with a paint gun... 👮👮
