- The plaintiff met the defendant when she was an exotic dancer, and he started abusing her. She claims he pulled a gun on her and choked her. They purchased a car together but then argued about different payments on the vehicle. She’s suing for the cost of the down payment on the car and car payments. The defendant argues he never laid a hand on the plaintiff. He denies owing her and is countersuing for the down payment on a car, insurance, and car payments.

When they started, I looked at the brother and knew immediately they weren't going to be honest. Even though the brother didn't say a word, he was looking down trying to look "normal" ~ oozed dishonesty... He knew the sister was going to lie in the court and he didn't want them to be exposed. What do they mean by “not doing enough for the car?”
At the end, the defendant stated that he’s making the car payments and paying for the insurance although the car isn’t in his possession. He also stated prior that she was not putting gas in the car, and she admitted in the text messages that she wasn’t putting money towards the car. This was supposed to be an investment they made together, but at the end he had to pull the weight due to her negligence.
Probably..gas and maintenance perhaps cleaning...car payments..damn near everything..😂😂..she was just driving 😂😂

I’m not saying that the guy did not pull a gun out on her, and if he did she should have gone to the police. It is true that cops move slowly with a lot of things and some may not car. It your job to make sure you as the victim to stay on top of things. If he pulled a gun on you and you wanted him to pay for that threat make noise about it. But from what I’ve heard JM read from the text she starts a lot of the problems. In the text she mentioned how he gets made because she’s not keeping her word to pay, all she do is jump in the car and ride around, he said he works, he also stated that he had a truck, the text also said that she will show him how she could be a victim, then she didn’t say that she had her own place, he said they stay with his sister. I don’t think they was at a friends house I think it happened at the sister house. I think he was Fed up with her not keeping her word on helping with payments because again she jumping the car just riding around. So she got tired of him complaining, so that’s when she sold the car. That man said he got the transportation to take the kids back and forth. She is dancer so where is the money going that she can’t go half on a payment they don’t have a place. She wanted to make that man suffer and look bad. Good call I seen some one saying d that they both look like they make other ppl lives toxic, you maybe right, but it seem like the guy was sure trying to make something work, he was still making payments when she was not. Again she played the victim and tried to be vindictive with the car and it backfired.
