Can you please make more videos on this topic? I run a business and have independent contractors however my work load isn't being lightened by them at this point, it's been made more overwhelming. I have my own work to do plus I need to review theirs. What are your tips for NOT getting behind in the first place when you are a chronic overthinker and have so much in your plate?

heyyy I think it may be worth delving into the source of the overthinking and maybe speak to friends/family about it if needed if its impacting your productivity and work flow. In regards to time management, i made a video on how I organise my weekly schedule so hopefully the tips there should help!
