Loved that you have showcased the Adirondacks! Anyone reading this and wants to travel there if you wait until after July 1st, the black flies are gone.

Love you guys ( and love the Adirondacks and Finger Lakes ( as original New Yorkers from the City), but you were a little directionally confused . The Finger Lakes are West in the Adirondacks. You also didn’t mention Niagara Falls which is only 60 miles west of Letchworth!

I LOVE Letchworth. Watkins Glen is also a must. Adirondack is a New York State Park. Fun Fact, there are no National Parks in NY. I'd love to see a series on Fire Towers. i've climbed 3, Hadley, Bald and Kane.

Every summer we spent 2-3 weeks traveling thru the Adirondacks. So many wonderful, wonder-filled memories. Like Heaven, the feeling of it all is impossible to describe to someone who has not experienced it. It enters your being forever.
Letchworth is 15 min. from my cabin in the woods. Got it with 2.3 acres for cheap! Talk about Heaven! Yeah, lots of fixer uppers here in NY.

We have been to every one of those places. We enjoy staying at Fish Creek and kayaking the many lakes around there. There are also 46 high peak mountains to climb. Many challenging but so rewarding. When people hear NY they think of the city. They have no idea how beautiful upstate really is

Very nice! I was born, raised and live in New York State for 65 years now. A avid Camper, Hiker, Biker and explorer and even when I come back home from a trip weather it be north, south, east or west I'm always amazed that all that I have seen on my travel's can be experienced here in New York State. Always something new to discover here.

We live in upstate NY, right at the doorstep to the Adirondacks! We feel so fortunate. Camped At Moreau just 2 weekends ago for the very first time. Fish Creek on the other hand is a beloved family tradition. My parents met there and at 63 have been going my entire life. You will find that to be quite common. So happy you got to experience our happy place, next time come when it is not black fly season😄

When she said they were heading east from the ADK to the FL, I thought it was an odd mis-speak, but then two minutes later he said they were going east from finger lakes to Letchworth... while dragging his finger westward on the map.

I grew up in the Finger Lakes Region and spent summers at Fourth Lake in the Adirondacks. My father's family settled there in the 1840's from Germany. If you have never been the there, the views are awesome. Working on getting the RV up to that area from Florida. I highly recommend visiting the Finger Lake region and the villages along the Eire Canal.

Nice intro to the ADKs! We’ve camped at many places up there, public and private.
Just one observation - twice you said you were going “East” - once to get the Finger Lakes and then when leaving the Finger Lakes to get to Letchworth SP. Both times you were heading West!
Thx for your great videos and info-packed website.

This is the only way I will get to see all these places you and all the other influencers go to and video. My wife and I have a 2020 Coleman 263BH. Bought it new prior to Co--- and the gas prices going through the roof. We are on fixed incomes. I just paid $120.00 to fill up my tank in our towing vehicle. Just my SS income is just a little over $1200.00 you do the math. What about food, camp fees, propane and I can go on. We are thinking about selling our dream because we just can not afford it. I will be 75 this year, active yes, but because of this tragic economy we are forced to live like second rate citizens. Sorry for the rant but there was a better way but it has been stolen for many of us.
