Well... I guess I'm going to Turin! I'm going to have to go to Milan for some of my residence paperwork soon, so that could be the perfect opportunity to visit.
As always, awesome video with great ideas!
Thank you very much! Yes, you could do both but make sure to visit Milan as well, it has some interesting places 😉
@Italy by Italians Yeah... I've seen a lot of Milan. My office (although, I'm fully remote) is near the center. A very nice place to visit, but not where I want to live.
@@praesentius yeah I understand... Have you been working in Milan for a long time now?
@Italy by Italians I've been in transition this year. Spending months at a time in Lucca, trying to buy a house. Like I said, I work remote, so I settled on Lucca. I know you've been there, because I watched your video on it!
It's the right size for me. A small town that acts big. Lots of life in it. Our alternative plan was Padova, which would have been nice because we still have a lot of friends in Ferrara. But Lucca already feels like home.
@@praesentius Lucca is a nice choice!
Amazing video 👍🏼😁
Really good video! I’m going to Turin in September and this was very helpful. Thanks for sharing.

Splendid city absolutely worth visiting, well done!!
Thank you am going in September so looking forward to it

Very good video. Thank you!
Thank you ❤️
Beautiful place
Have you been? 😉
hi! i will be in Torino in October and I was wondering if you remember the name of that first restaurant in your video? the one where you had the vitello tonnato and agnolotti. it looked amazing! thank you!
I like your vid style and want a trip to Italy. Thinking of Florence, Milan and Rome with maybe Lucca or Bologna. I look forward to more tour collections.
Thank you so much for making videos about the great cities in Italy besides Rome and Venice .

@@ItalybyItalians So far I’ve been to Firenza, Roma, and Padova and I had an amazing time in each city :) After I graduate from school I will definitely check your videos and plan a new trip with new sights to see!! Also, the food is the best in the world in Italy 🔥 Much love and appreciation for what you do!!
@@mikhailcc thank you again! Good you've visited very nice places and hopefully you'll visit more in the near future 😊

@@mikhailcc thank you soooooo much, and it's nice to have a hair-fan 🤣🤣 I'll tell you a secret: I actually don't like it at the moment, I can't wait for it to grow again!
Wonderful place to visit.
I'm so glad you liked Turin!
Great! I'll be in Torino in january for 3 days and in other Italian cities too. My grandfather's mother born in Torino and emigrated to Brazil. It's my first time in Italy.
So Beautiful video
Thanks ❤️
I just found your channel and I absolutely love it! Thank you for all your informative videos. I intend to visit your country next May for one month. I know just basic conversation in Italian. Do you suggest that I learn more? Thank you in advance.
Hello! In the main tourist destinations, you'll be able to comunicate in English, don't worry 😉 this being said,, Italians will appreciate your efforts to communicate in Italian 🥰
@@ItalybyItalians thank you so much for your reply. I will definitely try my Italian, I hope I don’t get too many laughs, ha ha! Have a blessed day.
Thank you so much for these videos, they’re very helpful,I’m looking forward to my travel soon.
Have a nice trip to Italy 🥰 what is your itinerary?
Do you plan to stay longer after you visit Alba and Piedmon region?
@@ItalybyItalians mid October, I’ll be staying for one week, I’ll be visiting the truffle festival and the city wall.
My husband and I spent a month in Italy, our two homestays where Bologna and Florence. We visited surrounding cities and we used your videos as guides and we have to say - it was amazing!!! We loved it so much we are going back for another month in 2024 and will be, again, using your videos as guides.
You trully bring Italy to life with your videos and you are spot on...we are hooked on your videos. Not even Steve Rick comes close to sharing and discovering Italy like you!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, reading this comment really made my day, THANK YOU very much!
I'm so glad you found my videos useful and that this trip inspired u enough to come again next year.
I hope you will have again a wonderful time!
Great video! We visit Turin in a few weeks time from England. Can I ask which restaurant you had the Vitello Tonnato in please? Looks delicious. Subscribed!
Would you be so kind and name the Piola where you ate in this video? It looks too good, Thank you.
Yay you are back :). There's too long a wait between your videos. :( Great video as always. I went to Turin last year . It is a lovely place. I may have to go again now to see the things i missed. You've hightlighted a few things i missed.
I know I know, we are struggling with our jobs 😔
But I've already decided where and when we're shooting next, it will be amazing and will be out next month!
Oooh cool, and tell me did you eat a lot of meat in Turin? 😉
@@ItalybyItalians Life gets in the way. Tell me about it. :( You guys do great videos. I always enjoy your videos. :) Btw your videos helped me immensely in Matera. It was magical. I can't wait for next months video! :)
@@stevegardner6760 awww that's so nice to hear, thank you! I'm glad you took the time to discover Matera, few people travel that south.
@@ItalybyItalians i went down to Lecce as well and across to the beautiful Gallipoli . Also stayed in Monopoli for a few days. It is lovely down in the heel of the boot. .
@@stevegardner6760 ooh yes it is, I agree with you, I love Apulia!
So what's the next part of Italy you'd like to discover?
Hi, what time of the year did you filmed this?? looks like you are 🥶 freezing
Hi, I filmed in early April, one day was particularly cold but the next day spring finally arrived and it was better 😉
When you doing la puglia??
Grazie mille. It is always a good day when you post a video. Turin is so beautiful. Somewhat like Denver Colorado USA with its proximity to the mountains. I look forward to your next video.
Wow thank you very much for your compliment!
Oh yes, Colorado seems to have such a beautiful landscape, I wish to go someday in the future.
nice video! So authentic and simple! could you help me with my itinerary?
Hi thanks, I'm glad you liked it!
Yes sure, do you have a specific question? Tell me
@@ItalybyItalians oh thank you! It will be a 3 weeks trip february2024
Land in Venice and stay for 4 or 5 days with day trips to padua and verona?
Bologna 4 or 5 days with day trips to modena, ravenna, parma?
Florence 4 or 5 days.. day trip to pisa, lucca and sienna?
Rome same 4-5 days here we dont know yet where to go on a day trip.
Thank you Julia!
PS> Ive been in rome, florence, venice and milan but 10 years ago =)
@@user-mh5nz8hx7h Great plan for Venice and Bologna.
When you're in Florence, if you'll have some time I would also suggest you to visit San Gimignano and/or Certaldo: they are amazing medieval villages, they take you back in time really.
Rome is a very big city, I don't know if you'll have some time for day trips... But some ideas could be:
- Ostia, the ancient port of Roma
- Pompeii (it's a bit far but you can reach it in one of those organised guided tours, they do return in one day)
- Viterbo
Let me know what you'll decide!
is san gimignano reachable by train?
pompei looks promising would you suggest any good day tours? Thank you for your time looking to my itinerary!
Will you be in Verona? 🥰
hi, i really love your channel. can u pls recomend me more channels like this? talked abour italy from locals?
Hello thanks for the compliment! I don't know any other channel like ours to be honest
6 of us are travelling on Bernina Express train from Chur, Switzerland, and we want to spend 48 hours in Turin next month. (sept. 30 at 6 pm to 6 pm on october 2.) I wonder if you can suggest a place to stay and a must see to fit our time line. thank you.
A must-see: a panoramic view either from the Mole Antonelliana or from the balcony we showed in the video.
We do not recommend hotels or restaurants.
Have a nice trip!
Hello why your not making more videos?
Hi, unfortunately the project of our channel is paused at the moment, we are creating a family and we have full-time jobs.
Hopefully we'll be able to start again someday!
Hey julia❤ i just saw your old video to come to itly. I am from pakistan i want to go to calabria please guide me😢
IN QUALI MESI LA TEMPERATURA MASSIMA È DI 20 GRADI?
How is torino for a vegetarian?
Is it safe from volcano or earthquake?
Hello 👋 Turin, and Piedomnt in general, is not the easiest destination for a vegetarian, however nowadays you'll find some options available 😉 there are no volcanos nearby and it's not a high risk area for earthquakes.
Can you make a video for ventimiligia ?
Hey, we do not have a trip to Ventimiglia planned at the moment.
Why are you so interested in this city?
@@ItalybyItalians because it's very beautiful and splendid ❤️
How long would you suggest for a visit to Turin?
It depends, one day if you're not interested in seeing the museums I mentioned, two days instead if you'll go to the museums as well.
@@ItalybyItalians lol 2 days is a bit tight, it takes one day just for the egyptian museum
hi, say your husband, its not fair, he could give his plate to u. and order something else
