Modena wasn't really on my wishlist for travel before, but now it is!
🤣 Good food has the power to change people's opinions!
I wasn't hungry, I am now. 😆 I liked the pineapple on pizza joke particularly.
🤣 I couldn't resist the chance to say something against pineapple pizza!
Just WOW!!
Great video. Thanks 🤩
Thanks William ❤️ are you planning on visiting Italy this year?
Bravissima, sono modenese e hai proprio reso giustizia alla città.
Questo commento mi scalda il cuore, grazie mille 😘♥️
Cooool video:))
Glad you liked it!
Love this video. Now do Bologna and Parma, please! And in Bologna, I recommend Osteria Solferino.
Thanks for your suggestions 👍
I would love to shoot videos in these two cities so I hope I'll be back there soon ☺️
I love the way you talk 😍 keep going much support
Thanks ❤️
what an amazing channel I just discovered! will there be a video on Puglia as well? :)
Hey Ruben thank you so much ❤️ at the moment there are no planned trips to Puglia, however you should subscribe and turn notifications on: our next video will talk about Matera, a wonderful city on the border with Puglia 🇮🇹
Thanks, I'm about to have a night in Modena in July, so it was interesting for me and I liked your style!
That's fantastic 😍 are you traveling to other destinations in Italy after Modena?
@@ItalybyItalians yeah, we'll be spending 3 days in the area, after coming up from Rome. I thought Modena because my son might like to go to the Ferrari museum (he is 17). Do you have any recommendations for hikes in the area? - we're flying from Milan so that's the direction we'll be in. Thanks again for the video 🙂🤩
@@voyagingthroughtoretirment6950 yes, great idea for your son 👍 I have in mind a very nice hike in Bologna, from the city to the San Luca sanctuary on a hill just outside the city. It's suggestive because it's all under colonnades but it's also very tiring because it's an uphill.
Ohhhh that lasagna looked delicious 😋
It really was 😋😄 are you planning on visiting Italy this summer?
nice!
Hi guys! Hope you're doing absolutely fantastic... When can we expect another episode?
Hi Christoph, thanks for asking! We were supposed to shoot a new video some weeks ago but Covid stopped us 😕 (We had managed to avoid it until now but it finally found us).
Now we are fine and we should head to Cinque Terre in a couple of days to shoot a new video and we'll release it asap!
Then between June and July we have other 3 major videos planned 😎
Hope you are doing fantastic!
Hi I am your new subscriber your video touch my heart 💖
Thanks 🙏 are you planning on visiting Italy this year?
Nom nom 😋 this is one place I have not visited. I went to Parma for the cheese and prosciutto but didn’t get to this beautiful town.
Great! We wanted to visit Parma as well but unfortunately we didn't have much time.
Did you too have great food experiences? 🍝
@@ItalybyItalians Fantastic experience. We did a reggiano cheese tour and parma prosciutto tour. Definitely recommend it. And ate lots of reggiano nom nom
@@italianna6541 Sounds great!
I'm originally from New Orleans, the food capital of the US, and had already put Modena (also Modena Volley fan) and Bologna on my list, but this pushes me over the top. WOW! Great video!!!
Yes, if you love food you definitely have to visit both Modena and Bologna 🍝🍷😍
Also Rome, I would say, is a fantastic food destination, especially for pasta.
And I would love to visit New Orleans one day!
@@ItalybyItalians Milan/Torino are on our list, and hitting Modena/Bologna in the middle, closing with Rome. (hope for a quick trip to Florence for steak :) )
@@EddieDBama It seems a wonderful plan! I would suggest at least 10 days for all these stops 😉
@@ItalybyItalians We've got officially 9, so we'll have to do our best to see what we can.
@@EddieDBama and eat what you can 😁
Oh I can’t wait! Did you have to make a reservation to taste the balsamic vinegar? Grazie!
No because it was a vinegar museum and tasting it was part of the tour 😉
@@ItalybyItalians oh I didn’t catch that! How cool! Thank you!
I'll be on Bologna next March. Planning a quick morning trip to Modena. Where do you recommend to eat Tortellini with Lambrusco?
Hi, you'll find plenty of places with good food, don't worry about that! A nice stop for a quick lunch could Mercato Albinelli the central market.
@@ItalybyItalians Thank you for your reply :) I'll be doing 16 days across Italy next march.
I am African and I visit Modena 2-3 times a year. I always visit Trattoria Aldina and the owner, Luca, is my friend. It is only a lunch place, no dinner, and it is ALWAYS full. You sat on my corner table.❤
You need to do a video on restaurants only. There are so many super restaurants in Modena, like Selmi 22, which you were standing outside, at the beginning. Good work.
Thanks for the restaurant recommendations!
@@nicolelazotravelPrego!
You should film some ancient ruins in the country side. I been researching a lot of Greek ruins are still in sicily.
Well, in Italy you never really have to go that far: just behind my house there are still ruins of an ancient Roman acqueduct!
@@ItalybyItalians love it! I love your videos💙 it's great to see somebody explaining who is actually Italian. Tired of tourists trying to explain Italy 🤮 ... get a actual Italian to 😎 you look like a old generation full blooded Italian. AL Pacino siclian type. I had to narrow down the most purest person to get research from
@@steeltown2946 your guess was quite close: my family origin is from Calabria, the region near Sicily 😊 I'm super glad you liked our videos ❤️
Tasty italy
Oh yeah! What's your favourite Italian dish Sonny?
@@ItalybyItalians frutti di mare, and and other.

Can you post the address of the Trattoria where you had lunch? My wife and I would love to try it.
Trattoria Aldina, Via Luigi Albinelli
Parmesan cheese if u have it raw it would literally look sour but once you add it on the delicacies or some sort of saute are cream fuck yummm👌
Best travel videos. Italy is not just Rome, Florence, and Venice.
Totally! 😉
Can I travel most of the point of interests by walking only?
Sure, the city centre is small and better appreciated by feet 😉
La Trattoria Aldina in centro a Modena è una istituzione
Absolutely.
Joke about pineapple pizza best ever! 🤣
I had to say something about that 🤣
“I ordered pineapple pizza and they put
me in jail.” 🤣🤣
I had to say something about pineapple pizza sooner or later 🤣
@@ItalybyItalians On a serious note, putting pineapples on a pizza is a mockery of culture, if one puts pineapples on a pizza it can't be called a pizza anymore. It's not italian food.
@@joevaccaro6655 I think it's fine to experiment, after all that's how you create something new. But with pineapple it doesn't make any sense: it's not an Italian product, it's not even Mediterranean, it reaches our tables only after long journeys by plane, and the taste of a fruit doesn't even match with pizza.
@@ItalybyItalians Pineapple, black olives, and jalapeno pepper. Sounds terrible, and definitely not Italian, but try it, you'll like it!
@@andrewtaylor9799 I'm sorry but I doubt it 🤣😁
VINEGAR - 'VIN' + 'I' + GUH = VIN-I-GUH read it as you read in Italian dear 😊
I hate the fact that English doesn't have strict rules about pronunciation 😅🤣
Thank you 👍
There is something off with the sounds. I'm only hearing you speak on the left channel and it's very soft.
Thank you for your alert. I just tried on my phone and it seems fine but I'll check again!
@@ItalybyItalians It's a stereo issue. I'm watching it on pc with full speakers.
@@remconet Weird. Ok, I'll look more into that, thanks!
Your channel deserves more views 😡 😡 😡
Thanks, I agree 😁😉
prigione😂😂
As an American, my problem with food in Italy is its lack of cultural diversity. You cannot get good Asian or Middle Eastern food there or American streaks and burgers, only Italian food, lasagne, tortellini, vinegar etc. The same is true of Europe in general. I am happy to visit but would not live in Europe.
very good food there but I still think Campania is the GOAT when it comes to Italian food
Campania has fantastic food but I find it very difficult to decide which region has the best food in Italy, to be honest with you!
@@ItalybyItalians fair enough they have amazing local specialities but for me Campania is my favourite, it just takes Sicilian
All of Utaly has very good food and good restaurants.
Italy not Utaly@@mohamedatismail
@@massimosgarbini3982 Yes. Sorry. Typing mistake.
Love your Chanel! Do you have an insta page?
