I lived there as a student for 4 years. The city that is the most peaceful, full of historic heritage and in my opinion the best whether on earth you can feel 4 seasons without being sickened with any of them. Living in Turin is like falling into utopia. I really miss and regret leaving Torino 😣
I'll be visiting this city in October. My second trip to Italy, and if there's one thing that the first trip taught me is that you don't need to go to the tourist hotspots to see interesting and beautiful things in Italy. They are to be found everywhere. I cannot wait to see this beautiful city in person.
Thank you for the video. Great job! I've been to Italy several times and Torino was the most enjoyable city I've been to. I spent a week there, I'd love to live there someday.
Turin from the sky is even better, lovely! Superb video, congratulations! Great city with some Art Nouveau hidden treasures that deserve a visit! well done!
Thank you for a great video! Of the hundreds of videos on Turin I've been watching, this was the only one that was informative, entertaining and worth watching!
Great video, nice personal touch and not too heavy with information. Just right for giving a taste of the city and surrounds. I use this video a lot with my Italian students during English lessons. Their comments are always extremely positive.
I see Turin better in your video. you were able to show its hidden beauty, how it naturally looks , some history, tell all of it just in right phase, all that in 10 minutes. You can show more and its like we see and know more of the perfect place Turin
Yeah very interesting to watch I have been there once Maybe I will take another trip there again How are you doing pretty lady Hope you are enjoying your beautiful day ?
Being shown and told about a city from someone that has been born and raised there is so much different than listening about it from someone visiting or that moved there as an expat.
Dear Fabio, been in Torino / Turin in October :) seeing your video, felt like I am again at the streets of Turin. However, couldn't visit the whole city this time. May be next year I'll do :)
Vieni a visitare.
So many beautiful buildings, Palaces, squares - such a magnificient City and who walks around: a blithering nitwit in a t-shirt with short sleeves ! How can such an Imitation of a human being dare to lead ecucated People through such a town???
I think it was a wonderful idea to get someone other than a professional guide / tourist to do a video on the city. Beautiful. Thanks.

The city was historically a major European political centre. From 1563, it was the capital of the Duchy of Savoy, then of the Kingdom of Sardinia ruled by the House of Savoy, and the first capital of the Kingdom of Italy from 1861 to 1865.[7][8] Turin is sometimes called "the cradle of Italian liberty" for having been the political and intellectual centre of the Risorgimento[9] as well as the birthplace of notable individuals who contributed to it, such as Cavour.[10] Although much of its political influence had been lost by World War II (having been a center of anti-fascist movements during the Ventennio including the Italian resistance), Turin became a major European crossroad for industry, commerce and trade, and is part of the "industrial triangle" along with Milan and Genoa. It is ranked third in Italy, after Milan and Rome, for economic strength.[11] With a GDP of $58 billion, the city is the world's 78th richest by purchasing power.[12] As of 2018, the city has been ranked by GaWC as a Gamma-level global city.[13] Turin is also home to much of the Italian automotive industry, hosting the headquarters of FIAT, Lancia and Alfa Romeo.[9]
The city has a rich culture and history, and it is known for its numerous art galleries, restaurants, churches, palaces, opera houses, piazzas, parks, gardens, theatres, libraries, museums and other venues. Turin is well known for its Baroque, Rococo, Neo-classical, and Art Nouveau architecture. Many of Turin's public squares, castles, gardens and elegant palazzi, such as the Palazzo Madama, were built between the 16th and 18th centuries. A part of the historical center of Turin was inscribed in the World Heritage List under the name Residences of the Royal House of Savoy. In addition, the city is home to museums such as the Museo Egizio[14] and the Mole Antonelliana, the city's architectonical symbol, which in turn hosts the Museo Nazionale del Cinema. Turin's attractions make it one of the world's top 250 tourist destinations and the tenth most visited city in Italy in 2008. The city also hosts some of Italy's best universities, colleges, academies, lycea and gymnasia, such as the University of Turin, founded in the 15th century, and the Turin Polytechnic.[15] Turin is also worldwide famous for icons like the gianduja, the Holy Shroud, the automobile brand FIAT and the association football club Juventus, which competes with its rival Torino in the Derby della Mole, the city's derby.[16] The city, among other events, was one of the host cities of the 1934 and 1990 FIFA World Cups, along with hosting the 2006 Winter Olympics;[17] Turin hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 and is hosting the tennis ATP Finals from 2021 until
