    Do samana mudra give benefits all mudras like pran mudra, rudra mudra, apan mudra etc. bevause it incorporates all mudra's finger postures ?

    If this mudra exists and balances all doshas then why do most
    Of the other mudras exist for if you can just do this one and balance everything right ?

    Can this mudra be done for hypertension. Where should the fingers be touching

      Yes. Dont touch the fingers to any body part. Place the hands on your knees with fingers pointing upwards. It is shown in the video. (at 50 sec)

      Since this mudra balances the energies, it may help. But I have never tried.

      You dont have to point it anywhere. Just do the mudra and breath awareness.
      You can also do Anuloma Viloma Pranayama and Simha Mudra, Jivha Bandha & Bramha Mudra. You will find these videos on my channel.

      If the weight gain is because of low metabolism rate, then you can point it to thyroid,
      You cant have weight loss of specific body part by pointing the mudra there. This mudra will not help in weight loss at specific body part.
