Realise u r alright the way u r, n u will get better naturally.
Books : When u hv regular meals at the right time, n un-disturbed sleep, then tiredness n sickness gradually fade away. One must always take small rest breaks to keep strain n exhaustion away. The ocassional cat nap wd work wonders if u doze a bit. Timely rest recoups the Body n helps it to function better. It is ordained by God that we shd relax n have sufficient amount of sleep n rest. (Masa in vision - Darudya - drunkard) Balance is necessary. U cannot climb a ladder without balance. (Ladder could refer to food too).
