Using XE ~70g mouse and for sure shape, grip width and button height more important at this range of weight. I can't use a smaller mouse and I definitely don't want a mouse with holes for few lower grams, heck most don't even seem to have reduced weight you'd expect, just seeing full shell that have around same or lower even. Good shape, full shell, further reduce weight as extra. So I'm all for going lower weight while retaining good shape and full shell, at least the visible side vs bottom.
@ price wasn’t the ONLY thing people were freaking about tho. People freaking out about weight, LOD, and click latency. But no one is gonna notice shit that’s my point.
I guess people forgot the actual RJN tip: Shape is KING Lower weights can help with consistency, but a shape that can give you consistency of movement is much more important.
I seen this happening a long time ago when I first got deeper into the mouse community. There are some really dull minded 'duh, light means good' mfs out there with terrible aim and still complain about weighting. The same sense in which the pen community is popping up. This goofy attitude is honestly what's tearing the community apart. Though people are negligent and choose not to see when something has gone too far.
To me, it seems like the community is very divided between going tunnel vision on either lightweight mice or mice with focus on overall quality / general feel. Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference and what you'll feel better using / play better with. I think that as a company, if you make either a super lightweight mouse with okay quality, or a mouse that focuses on incredible quality, no matter what, the product will appeal to one demographic and get hate from the other. It's impossible to please everyone. For me, I prefer light weight over things like quality, so I buy mice and heavily mod them and take out every inch of plastic till its a creaking mess; but then I have a super light mouse, and that's my preference. I don't think I would enjoy a mouse like this over something like a lamzu atlantis. Despite that, I still see the appeal of something like this, or other mice from companies like vaxee, endgame, zowie, etc. who focus more on general quality and shape over light weight. It doesn't make sense to me that others with my preference will hate on these mice when they have a clear demographic. If they don't like the weight, they can rip out the plastic, or just not buy the mouse.
The problem is that multiple companies have demonstrated that they can make lightweight mice that feel great in the hand. My X2V2 mini has no creaking or any other build issues while weighing about 10g less than the EGG mouse and being cheaper, for example.
@@SireEvalish Pulsar is known for having big QC issues. your chances of getting a bad copy is pretty high with them. and 10g is not a lot considering the insane size difference. for its size, the x2v2 mini is not a lightweight mouse. I would expect a lightweight mouse in that sort of size range to be 10-15g lighter.
(tl;dr at bottom) the way i see it is that if you're using a tool that requires precision, it would be preferred if it is easier to control in use sure you could use a mouse that weighs 250 grams, but if you're playing fps games and will be doing large swipes with it then you have to put in more effort to stop the mouse where you want to more weight = more inertia, more force required to stop the mouse, newton's laws of motion, yada yada at some point, you need to find what weight works best for you to have the most control on your mouse also, side note, if you're using a heavy mouse and are using one for precision-related tasks, you could end up getting rsi; i knew a guy who's voltaic gm who used a g502 and ended up giving himself rsi tl;dr: lighter mice are generally easier to control, find a weight that allows you to be more precise with your mouse
Anything over ~30-40 grams is poopoo for me. I got my MZ1 to 38g, my M3 Micro to 31g, and my Keychron M4 to 27g. And my performance absolutely has gotten better the lighter my mice got.
The weight is not optimal but not a big deal. Unfortunately my XM2w 4k has an above average amount of creaking. Not sure if it’s just mine but I heard a few others say this as well.
Been on the discord. Almost no reports of creaking. Even modded my mouse and cut a few of the wall supports: still no creaking. I'd let customer support know.
A high quality feeling ~60g mouse does not feel worse than a ~40g mouse IMO because there is a tradeoff with robustness. Love my Ultralight X, but I also love my Viper V3 Pro and XM2W 4K. Honestly is nice to just cycle through my various mice on a regular basis.
Imo, the mouse is considered light as long as it's 70g or less. I stopped looking at mice weight the moment they reached less than 70g, which was around the time the viper mini was released. I remember someone calling the Maya X a brick at 47g and i was flabbergasted. I don't go to the gym but I think that anyone who finds 60g heavy genuinely needs to hit the gym.
no one finds them heavy in literal sense. But use 40g mouse for a while and it will feel underwhelming to go back to 60g. Still shape is most important tho i play with xm1r even after buying htx cause of insane shape and coating. i still would like it much lighter
damn 60g are too heavy these days? Must not have hit the gym that morning. On a real note: dropping weight for reduced shape integrity is a trade I would never take. the 60g weight honestly just hits that nice balance of feel when moving the mouse.
Imagine in some far future you're playing games with a new gal, and she asks to play your favorite shooter with you, then you have to say "sorry babe. I'm not able to play without my GAMING SLEEVE."
Weight is crazy to complain about now a days lmao, anything -65 is fine, I prefer small mice since I have lil boy hands, so the HTX and the new HTS2 have been my go to
Whats suprising about it? we are at the peak of tech innovation. And making ultra lightweight mouse doesnt mean it will have shit quality, recent g wolves releases show that. Im all for shape innovation, im still using g303se instead of my htx cause the shape is just that good. But still i would much prefer it to be lighter. The truth is that if you would give me xm2 8k and xm1r i would prob only tell the difference from weight and thats why people are obsessed over it
I went from op1we to op1 8k and I could say it's worth it even if you're going to still play on 1k hz polling. The clicks are better, the sensor is better, it just feels nicer
It is the same thing regarding the cable now to, to be fair. People, even though have technically been gaming on a cable longer than without one. Not that wireless is and has been a thing, to me it is almost like people then created a cord boogieman and now they think it was holding them back all this time with the plethora of drag and restrictions the cord brength. When in reality with the proper bungie and placement, as light as these paracords are, simply placebo because people have adjusted, just like the weight issue. So now they think they can't. Tell that to my OP18k which will unless we get tech so powerful we get cancer on the spot will beat out any wireless mouse in the charging and response category, bruh...
I flit between a claw-palm and a fingertip depending on the game really, and the OP1 8k has been doing absolutely incredibly for me, even at ~50g and wired. The MZ1 is literally sat on my desk rn and the only mouse I've ever genuinely found comparable is the OP1. Weight is a myth, grip width is the one true god
The lighter the weight the more control you have and takes less force to grip and use. Hence why enthusiasts in the gaming mouse market are into it. There's nothing wrong with more premium mice with better build quality. You kind of get what you pay for but at the same time not everyone wants to spend over $100 on a mouse. Especially if you buy one and you don't even get on the with shape or buttons.
The problem with the XM2w is that the Atlantis regular has been out forever now. So what are they really bringing to the table? If shape is king, then weight is queen. And I expect that large mice will start heading towards the 40s soon enough.
@@aeroecars Have you experienced both of the mice? Lamzu Atlantis OG V2 4K is available in my area but the XM2w isnt. I was gravitating towards the xm2w for the shape but now I'm confused whether waiting for its availability will be worth it or not.
idk man, i played with high end mice (v3 pro, endgear, lamzu) and i still go back to my chinese ajazz because of the shape, also, chinese companies are releasing solid mice at +- 40g and 8k polling rate, idk why big brands aren't doing the same
I went back to the GPW at 80 grams and it genuinely felt better to grip than some of my poorly balanced 50 gram mice. GPX at 60-63 still felt incredibly good to use. The community needs to get behind weight balancing first before total weight because poorly balanced weight will do much worse for your aim than an extra 5 grams.
I loved the xm1r way back when and did the pre-order when they went live. After years of radio silence hopefully I get my copy for free soon. Can't wait.
I loved seeing people hype up the OP1 8K and picking it for 'lower latency'. Bro thats just peak BS nobody can tell the latency difference between these top tier mice and that one. Now u have a cable attached to your mouse that, while its not bad, has way more impact on aiming than fractions of milliseconds ever will
I entirely agree with this video (see the light - no pun) now talk about the 4/8k scam. I could accept a somewhat weak argument for 2K at very high refresh rates like say 360hz+ if it added next to nothing to the price but for 99.999% of users 1K is the smart(est) choice. The scam is in the marketing and the (forced) pricing increase.
I need to find a mouse shape my hands like while playing fast shooting games as well as relaxed games. I use the Maya rn which I love for shooters but if I’m just on my computer or on a slow game my hand just hates it
I pulled out my classic FK2 for fun and performed even better than I do with my SL clone mouse. Nitpicking a lot of these things is pointless if you haven't lessened user-error
If you are using anything that isn't a glass pad / fast pad, mouse weight is the least of your problems. You aren't going to notice the extra milliseconds dragging 10g more over a muddy control pad.
Its not heavy, but its also not competitive. For a lot of people shaving of every 10 grams makes a noticeable difference. I think what most people just mean is unless the mouse is form fitted to perfection to your hand or has some crazy technology advancements, what is the point of getting this mouse over other more competitive mice?
Hardstuck gamer with something to “prove” are easily separated from their money. If this wasnt the case, cheating in games wouldnt be a multi billion dollar industry. Marketers know this and people eat this shit up. If u wanna be a true gamer, hit the caffeine
The shape matters a lot. My GPX2 is a lot easier to flick than my xlite v3 even with a similar weight. 40g is just much safer for me to know it’ll be easy to snap and aim.
the price point is my issue is the $150 for the s2. im sure the zowie s2-w is absolutely amazing, S tier but the fantech helios II pro s is less than $100, same shape, and really premium. so its like eh... why i gave up waiting for the xm2. i still love the xm1r and the op1 wired is amazing. but i dont really see a reason to spend over $100 for a premium mouse
Super lightweight mice are fun and interesting but at the end of the day If I had to go pro, I'd be maining a close to 60g mouse with good battery life, coating, sensor and clicks like the VV3 Pro or GPX2, Zowie or Vaxee.
It doesn't help that this community has always been toxic to change. I'll throw an example; This whole pen thing, where people know and truly understand it's a niche, and that the tech is a bit too different and complicated for it to become a normie thing, though people choose to stand on this hill where as if one UA-camr or TikToker says something about it and that it's good, that's suddenly what needs to become a normalized thing. Not gonna lie, I do miss when China mice were on the peak edge of what they could be. I've seen so many companies come and go in the mouse market and some jump out, simply because of the silly behavior of the community. We used to have a TON of really good, unique, different, and interesting shapes come into the community. Now, we're at a standstill for like the umpteenth time again. I have to disagree with you on a few things, grip width and button height being lower and slimmer, I don't think it's always better, as categorizing things this way is simply just limiting. Everyone's going to perform different despite how a mouse is shaped. I think the whole button height and width thing is only a commonly spoken on thing strictly because it's what a majority of users prefer versus the people we often forget about. Hopefully we'll see change, hopefully we'll come a lot further and start seeing and implementing newer tech in the future rather than chasing a shape and a weight, as I think the mouse community can use more futurized technology in a lot of areas. Bless bro, you always put out good word though, thanks for the video.
im still rockin the lamzu atlantis OG because there is nothing better for me there yet. let me tell you i would not feel the like 4gramm diff to the xm2w. shape is king, therefore both of these are amazing.
I think 45- 50g should be the avg for that size, and people would prob complain a bit less. 3:01 fuck i posted a comment before this moment. 4:33 Personaly i really enjoy the limited, and premium materials used hype, im 26 and i can finaly afford to try out all the "best" stuff, and kinda just collect and try out everything, my main is Akitsu for now, i only play CS2, and before that started from COD2/COD4/CSGO etc..
I'm using a 118g mouse lol. 52-60g are extremely light for me😶😶 it's more important to find that something feels and perform better for you than to follow "best mice 2k24" or what not. pros and cons with everything I guess
or just used 40g mice. 60g is obviously playable but saying that lighter is worse is laughable especially when its very noticable during aiming sessions
The problem here is - I think - that EGG is known as a company that loves advancing and loves pushing boundaries. People, including me, have high standards for EGG and there just isn't any good reason as to why this mouse has to weigh 62 grams. It's not that people can't manouver a 62g mouse, it's the fact that it'd have been so easy to improve it even further and it makes it feel like a half-assed release again or some relic from a time where EGG originally designed it. The GPX2 that is basically a year old has decent build structure and comes in at around ~55g if you just don't use the puck and remove the magnets. The VV3Pro which has reaaally good build structure comes in at even less. Even without any mod. And these are also mice that come with a good coating, crazy good performance and in case of the VV3Pro they are even bigger mice, so what here justifies these 62g? The xm2w 4k just offers nothing that makes this weight justifiable. Keep in mind this mouse has been awaited by many for years and considering the time they took to design it it's just a letdown. It's just hard to imagine you wouldn't be able to cut this down to 55g or even 50g or maybe even less if we look at the Maya X with a tiny bit of more thought put into it. This in combination with the fact that they still didn't fix the creaking on the frost units is just turning this into a disappointing release. Rare time I genuinely whole-heartedly disagree with you Boardzy.
💯 agree with this. I am not a mouse engineer, but if all of these other companies are able to do it, EGG can too. Just feels half assed to me. The same can be said about vaxee.
I agree there should be high standards for endgame gear and creaking issues are unacceptable, but they haven't been known to push weight boundaries. The op18k is a 50g small wired mouse and the wireless version will weigh 60g. They have the wired XM2 8k at 52g which is worth noting, I don't feel 61g (on my scale) stock wireless for a quality build on a larger mouse is outdated. Comparing a warranty voiding GPX mod to a stock mouse is a bit unfair. The Atlantis with thinner plastic and bottom cutouts weighs 55g and nobody cares, but endgame gear chooses internal structure over a handful of grams and it's the end of the world. I generally agree with your comments/takes as well so I wanted to address this, I 100% believe if you got the mouse in hand you wouldn't care about the weight
@@boardzy I am actually personally using the XM2 8k as I don't mind the wire, but I'm trying to understand the POV of the people that do mind it. It just doesn't fit into the big picture if we compare it to the other options on the market. To be fair taking out the Puck is not warranty-voiding, I believe the puck is not even in the mouse when you open the box (maybe wrong on this) and even with the Puck that does nothing the GPX2 is still lighter and we are talking about a release that is just so old already and that's just completely dismissing the VV3Pro release. It's not like people are asking EGG to perform the "next step". It's just they wonder why their 2-years-in-the-making xm2w 4k doesn't even hold up to industry standards that got set by Razer - a brand that's not necessarily known to push the "enthusiast-scene" forward either... It's not the dealbreaker as some people make it out to be and I'm absolutely on your side when you say 62g is still worth playing on and by no means something that'd kill the mouse, but considering the other options on the market I just don't understand why anyone would choose to buy this xm2w 4k over any other recent release unless you REALLY love the shape and hate wires. It's easy to forget as someone who sees mice and mousepads as a hobby that the average consumer - even in our nieche scene - buys this product to use it - possible for a large time - and also decides for/against this on a budget. And I - personally - just don't see any real reason to buy this mouse. But I also don't hate wires, so what do I know...
Not to be THAT guy, because I sort of agree with you .. but it does make it stand out when you do have nice that are half the weight, have good build quality and cost less. This coming from a Vaxee enjoyer... And i wish my np-01s weighed 50g and not 70g.
Ima fingertip user with big hands, my pulsar xlite died recently and I replaced it with a zowie ec2, it's ok with a few cons, not my favorite coating feels a little slick, a bit long and has a loud scroll wheel.
EC-2 shape is nigh unusable for clawgrip. From the classics I would love to see SS RIVAL 300* low weight wireless come out. And G403 same specs, light and wireless. And yes 60grams is light, but not enough. My current is 47g with cable. Would like to go lower. *the only good product SS ever produced IMO.
Ngl im gonna be using my xm2we for the next few years still. I really didnt even notice a difference in switching to an 8k polling razer mouse, maybe thats just me lol
I'm using a scyrox V8 and have op1k, razer v3, maya 8k. The Scyrox feels light but feels like crap glide wise, I'm using x-raypad obsid's on all. The scyrox is a great shape for me due to hand size but feels to light.
Too heavy for what? For an SP004? Maybe? For a Zero? No. Mousepads are literally there to filter out the un intuitive feeling that mice have due to their weight. This is why mudpads used to be popular. Heavier mice like the GPW feel better on those surface setups.
I am boomer and after trying several different mice with different weight from 40g to 70g NP01s, have to say my prefference is around 60g, i loose control with extra light mouse.
Vaxee xes and zowie u2 are my heaviest mice and I have no issues switching from my op1 8k or ulx cheetah. Dudes is trippin when they think 60g is too heavy
I think mouse companies should be pushing for lighter weights IMO. There is no reason you can't have solid shapes, latency, and build quality at low weights and Finalmouse proved it with the ULX. But that is coming from a racoon handed fiend who loves small mice, and whom the MZ1 fit like a glove. It does feel like, at least to me, the Superlight and the Maya X are kinda above weight class in 2024, especially considering a pretty medium-sized premium mouse in the ROG Harpe Ace Extreme can make 44g with no holes. I think the XM2we is too safe a shape, with not enough features, to justify its weight. I don't think it's actively unusable, especially for claw grippers, but it is distinctly challenged by better performing, lighter mice even in its size bracket, and it is undoubtedly a mediocre release from a company proving they can push shape and latency boundaries with the OP1.
Maybe I'm just spoiled. I got the Ninjutso Sora V2 recently and it is hands down the greatest mouse I have ever used. It actually made my aim better and I couldn't see myself using anything else.
If you advise me one of those Zowie ZA13-DW or S2-DW or Endgame XM2W 4K or OP1 4K (upcoming) considering shape, sensor, click latency etc. Which one you gonna advise me to pick up? My hand size 185x105mm and claw gripper. Thanks.
anything more than 80g is too heavy for me. delux m800 ultra at 78g is reaalllyy pushing it for me. all the others i have at 40-65g feel RIDICULOUSLY light compared to the delux
Mouse community has been hating on the GPX superlight a lot and no reason why exactly, especially on reddit. Bad skates? People change them even when the skates are alr good/decent. You don't need a 20-40 gram mouse for claw lol
the thing is its just mid, not bad not good just mid. Shape is very generic it works for most but many people (me included) will cater to something thats more claw grip focused like zowie za13 s2, xm1r, op1. the weight isnt game changer for claw grip (im still using xm1r) but you see more and more 40g mice that costs somewhere around 50$, obviously gpx will feel bland in comparison
Nah , Im not going back to Superlight 2 after using Maya X , heavier , worse shape n dog poop skates ... nahhhh but yeah , if youre not used to less than 60g , then 60g is still viable , but going lower weight is definelty encouraged
"Omg i lift 5kg in gym 70gm mice is too light for my manly wrists you all are just whining for no reasoN" Yeah but you don't have to lift that 5kg in 0.0005 second in two completely opposite directions fighting momentum and inertia and still achieve 1 pixel accuracy, all multiple times over in a single second. So yeah, every single gram matters on a mouse
What about fingertip grip with only my thumb bone being the the only other part of my hand touching the mouse other than my fingertips would weight still matter, i found smaller lighter mice to work better with this grip for me, for example i have the viper mini and the viper ultimate and the mini feels way better in that case what type of mice would you recommend and do you think the OP1 8k would work

sure you could use a mouse that weighs 250 grams, but if you're playing fps games and will be doing large swipes with it then you have to put in more effort to stop the mouse where you want to
more weight = more inertia, more force required to stop the mouse, newton's laws of motion, yada yada
at some point, you need to find what weight works best for you to have the most control on your mouse
also, side note, if you're using a heavy mouse and are using one for precision-related tasks, you could end up getting rsi; i knew a guy who's voltaic gm who used a g502 and ended up giving himself rsi

And my performance absolutely has gotten better the lighter my mice got.
are you a 45kg stick irl by any chance?
@@starplatinumrqm lol no, I'm about 95kg.
The weight is not optimal but not a big deal. Unfortunately my XM2w 4k has an above average amount of creaking. Not sure if it’s just mine but I heard a few others say this as well.
White or dark frost?
@@boardzy dark frost
@@JVIoneymaninteresting. No creaks on my dark frost
Been on the discord. Almost no reports of creaking. Even modded my mouse and cut a few of the wall supports: still no creaking. I'd let customer support know.
It's been insane for years now, apparently you cannot aim on anything lower than 3950 sensor.
Agreed
it depends on the shape mostly.
my htx is absolutely flawless in terms of build quality same for htr and hsk pro.
Bro I have the OG Maya which isn’t that much lighter than the X and that thing feels like a feather. Who tf would call it a brick 😭😭
@@tinocabral4201 some dude with a sprime pm1 mouse
I agree with most of this, but not everyone's body and stamina is the same.
no one finds them heavy in literal sense.
But use 40g mouse for a while and it will feel underwhelming to go back to 60g.
Still shape is most important tho i play with xm1r even after buying htx cause of insane shape and coating. i still would like it much lighter
@ 40 ish gram mice feel fine and nice but when I use controller for a bit and go back to mnk it feels way too light 😂
damn 60g are too heavy these days? Must not have hit the gym that morning. On a real note: dropping weight for reduced shape integrity is a trade I would never take. the 60g weight honestly just hits that nice balance of feel when moving the mouse.
I'm dreaming of the day End Game Gear release a large OP1 8K
they wont because the op1 is the small xm1 idea of egg
@@LucyScarlet-m5l Well ill still dream about it tho.

I can't see that happening, not the gaming sleeve part but the new gal part
@@trektnLMAO
Weight is crazy to complain about now a days lmao, anything -65 is fine, I prefer small mice since I have lil boy hands, so the HTX and the new HTS2 have been my go to
Whats suprising about it?
we are at the peak of tech innovation.
And making ultra lightweight mouse doesnt mean it will have shit quality, recent g wolves releases show that.
Im all for shape innovation, im still using g303se instead of my htx cause the shape is just that good. But still i would much prefer it to be lighter.
The truth is that if you would give me xm2 8k and xm1r i would prob only tell the difference from weight and thats why people are obsessed over it
As a guy with an xm2we, I have no clue whether the increased polling rate is worth the upgrade.
I went from op1we to op1 8k and I could say it's worth it even if you're going to still play on 1k hz polling. The clicks are better, the sensor is better, it just feels nicer
I got op1 8k, dex 2, ulx, atlantis mini 4k and ima just say no and save your money
@@eemilj735 Yeah same, with my op1 8k it's just the mouse in general what makes it good imo
Just for the polling rate, no.
not just polling rate, XM2we is optical, XM2w is mechanical, with GX switches and to me, honestly feels completely different.
i never tried this shape before looks cool
I wish companies would take more risks with shapes. Weights and polling rates have gotten pretty silly.
Xm2 has a better shape imo. You literally dont even need a lower weight for claw wtf.
and the creak, don't forget about the creak 😂@@aeroecars
idk man, i played with high end mice (v3 pro, endgear, lamzu) and i still go back to my chinese ajazz because of the shape, also, chinese companies are releasing solid mice at +- 40g and 8k polling rate, idk why big brands aren't doing the same
@@aeroecars how's the Atlantis mini for fingertip/claw?
Truly Shocking
im not people but i want fingertip mice that is for sure, excited to see what pulsar has coming
Very true, I actually performed very well on FK2 as its my favorite shape.
I can’t feel the difference between my pulsar x2h mini and the endgame gear xm2w.. and it’s a 10 gram difference.
Now u have a cable attached to your mouse that, while its not bad, has way more impact on aiming than fractions of milliseconds ever will
Now you're probably gonna see a lot of people doing Forearm curls in the gym ...
The beast pad with the beast x mini would be goated
Just got this one today. My search is finally over. Adding big corepads to this one made it 10/10.
does it have the same feet size as the xm1 or xm2we? mine arrives friday
@ xm2we!
@ xm2we
I need to find a mouse shape my hands like while playing fast shooting games as well as relaxed games. I use the Maya rn which I love for shooters but if I’m just on my computer or on a slow game my hand just hates it
I pulled out my classic FK2 for fun and performed even better than I do with my SL clone mouse. Nitpicking a lot of these things is pointless if you haven't lessened user-error
election
Imagine having small enough hand where xm2w is a claw grip
The shape matters a lot. My GPX2 is a lot easier to flick than my xlite v3 even with a similar weight. 40g is just much safer for me to know it’ll be easy to snap and aim.
you get my thumbs up just from the intro
the price point is my issue is the $150 for the s2. im sure the zowie s2-w is absolutely amazing, S tier
but the fantech helios II pro s is less than $100, same shape, and really premium. so its like eh... why
i gave up waiting for the xm2. i still love the xm1r and the op1 wired is amazing. but i dont really see a reason to spend over $100 for a premium mouse
Please make a video on the sensor differences. Really wanna know if you think its worth caring about 🙏
Super lightweight mice are fun and interesting but at the end of the day If I had to go pro, I'd be maining a close to 60g mouse with good battery life, coating, sensor and clicks like the VV3 Pro or GPX2, Zowie or Vaxee.
“60g is too heavy”

im still rockin the lamzu atlantis OG because there is nothing better for me there yet. let me tell you i would not feel the like 4gramm diff to the xm2w. shape is king, therefore both of these are amazing.
I prefer to think of it as these other mice users who can't handle a 60g one are just physically weaker and inferior creatures 🤷🏻♂️.
or just used 40g mice.
I really hope endgame gear comes out with a egro version, I'd buy that
Ima fingertip user with big hands, my pulsar xlite died recently and I replaced it with a zowie ec2, it's ok with a few cons, not my favorite coating feels a little slick, a bit long and has a loud scroll wheel.
The scyrox is a great shape for me due to hand size but feels to light.
people forgot that the low weights are only benefital for pure finegertip players..
I don’t consider arm sleeve wearers “people” either. Shocking.
This was indeed shocking information.
I'm just got a x2h es yesterday it's 65g I wouldn't mind it being 55g-60g but overall it's a really solid mouse and I don't mind the weight
Why the hate on the Hitscan Hyperlight? Same shell integrity as my Op1we while being 20 grams lighter. I think it's a great mouse.
price i guess. Atk f1 extreme is lighter have 8k out of the box and is cheaper yet still build quality can be wonky
most entertaining mouse review channel! shocking...
Which mouse you will prefer between zowie za13-dw and xm2w 4k and for what reasons?
Boardzy, the Pulsar Xlite v3 wont pinch my ring finger. Will the E1 pinch my ring finger?
Maybe I'm just spoiled. I got the Ninjutso Sora V2 recently and it is hands down the greatest mouse I have ever used. It actually made my aim better and I couldn't see myself using anything else.
heavier helps me for some reason because my hands lowkey shake when playing
If you advise me one of those Zowie ZA13-DW or S2-DW or Endgame XM2W 4K or OP1 4K (upcoming) considering shape, sensor, click latency etc. Which one you gonna advise me to pick up? My hand size 185x105mm and claw gripper. Thanks.
I got my free one today I am happy. TBH the weight difference is not noticeable
anything more than 80g is too heavy for me. delux m800 ultra at 78g is reaalllyy pushing it for me. all the others i have at 40-65g feel RIDICULOUSLY light compared to the delux
I use a barbell as a mouse because it's the optimal shape.
What is that mousepad??
Do the skates for the XM2WE fit the XM2 4k? I would assume they will
Nah , Im not going back to Superlight 2 after using Maya X , heavier , worse shape n dog poop skates ... nahhhh
but yeah , if youre not used to less than 60g , then 60g is still viable , but going lower weight is definelty encouraged
You're definitely right, we shouldn't dismiss mice over 60g out of hand, that'd be crazy. It's 2024, we should dismiss mice over 50g 😆
"Omg i lift 5kg in gym 70gm mice is too light for my manly wrists you all are just whining for no reasoN"
Yeah but you don't have to lift that 5kg in 0.0005 second in two completely opposite directions fighting momentum and inertia and still achieve 1 pixel accuracy, all multiple times over in a single second.
So yeah, every single gram matters on a mouse
Weight is a preference. Those people shouldn't be speaking when they put all their attributes into aim and nothing else.
