Chee kueh is such an old school snack. One of the first things I really liked as a child, among my earliest memories of food, that I still love today lol. That radish topping is the bomb. Umami out the wazoo.
“I regret getting the smaller portions.” Travails of a food vlogger. It’s so good but you have to pace yourself. 😁

I wish I would have tried chee kueh earlier. 😂 Thanks so much for watching and commenting.

Another great hawker hunt :P That is chopped green spring onions not chives :D It's a very common condiment added to a lot of our dishes.

Yes, you are correct. It was spring onions. This hawker centre was definitely a fun experience and I'll be visiting here again.

Good that you have came to Albert Court food Center. The place is scheduled for a three-month renovation from February 5 to May 4, 2025. Hopefully, the place to be nicer, brighter and more comfortable after that. Do try out other stalls next time 😊.

Most local stalls provide metal spoon, fork, chopstick.
You can try looking for them or ask the stall owner where they are placed at. 😅
Plastic or disposable utensils 🥄 🍴 are best for takeaway uses.

actually more and more of them are switching to those plastic utensils if you been to a lot of hawker centres. Unfornately this is because of the rising cost of washing dishes.

I usually use whatever they have available. Some have plastic chopsticks and spoons. And some have disposable plastic utensils.
